At first, I was a little concerned, but it turned out to be a great experience. The replacement hotel was even better, and the room provided exceeded my expectations. Although the property feels a bit older, it is very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk from St. Joseph's Cathedral and surrounded by plenty of dining options. One of the highlights was Pho 10, which is nearby and absolutely delicious. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and appreciate how well the hotel handled the reservation change. I would happily stay here again. The staircase leading to the reception, which is quite steep (for older people). There is an alternative access through the spa next door, with only a few steps and an elevator directly to the rooms, but this entrance is unavailable once the spa closes at night

Quynh and Viet from management were super helpful , was picked up from the airport , room was cleaned daily . No issues with changing the booking , hotel had free tea and cookies

The hotel didn't have the facilities listed Iike jacuzzi, wellness spa etc. It was an old run down place where the lift starts fr 2nd flr. Room was very old where the bathroom pipe groaned on and off

Great location, good value for money, very helpful staff - helped us prepare and arrange trips - comfy bed, good shower, relatively quiet (street not accessible to cars), many light configurations. Would book again Elevator only accessible after some stairs, there was a minor water leak in the bathroom, there is some noise coming from the neighboring school (not horrible), access to bathroom sink a bit narrow

Staff was very friendly I arrived late and was only here for 1 night. Room looked nothing like photos with a super old bathroom and dingy sheets. I was on the first floor right next to the lobby so maybe I just had bad luck and got an un-renovated room. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Great location and staff was very helpful. The stairs up to the elevator need a handrail. It was very precarious going up and down with nothing to hold onto.

Location is great for walking around the Old Quarter. Staff is friendly. The photos must have been taken when the hotel was first built as now it is run down and needs re furbishing. Bathroom was very small.

Comfortable bed but very noisy school below Not a 24 hour check in, broken toilet, very dirty and broken floor, furniture soiled and full of hair, mold on walls. This hotel missed the mark on many levels.. we checked in at 3 am and were out within minutes of waking up to smell of cigarette smoke in vent system (?) and the door alarm going off. Hoping this review and photos will be a starting point for hotel to make improvements.
