JM Marvel Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was absolutely exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. We were able to walk to so many attractions, restaurants, and cafés, making it an ideal place to stay. The spa was also fantastic. I treated myself to a massage, facial, and hair wash, and everything was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. What impressed me the most, though, was the honesty and care of the staff. After we had already left Hanoi and were on our way to our next destination, I realized I had accidentally left behind my passport. Instead of panicking, the team immediately secured it, kept it safe, and helped coordinate everything so I could retrieve it. That level of integrity and customer service is priceless. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. I highly recommend JM Marvel Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Beautiful hotel, amazing location, outstanding spa, and some of the best hospitality I've experienced anywhere. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of us! Breakfast was good, we could order some from the kitchen. The room is spacious and the bed was comfy. The location is good especially for females who would love to get their hair, lashes or nails done, there were a few good shops around the hotel. nil.

The staff was so attentive and sweet. Loved it!

Amazing staff, great fresh breakfast, comfy bed and nice balcony

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable and having a balcony overlooking old town was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent with both western and traditional options. The breakfast and dinner restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were amazing, especially Jayce and Lee. They were always so friendly and were always available to make suggestions and answer questions. They always made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Not bad but be prepared to pay in cash which is normal in Vietnam. We ordered two twin beds on booking but were given a full bed instead. The hotel stated they didn’t have twin rooms with a balcony but booking shows it that way

The manager, Jayce, was very understanding of our needs and helped us ensure no belongings were left behind with pre check-out room check. It met every expectation. Nothing not to like.

Beautiful room. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable. Well appointed room. Beautiful dining room. Great breakfast choices Inability to turn off some of the lights in the room. And very small bathroom sink area.

Breakfast could be better sound proofing windows

Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff made sure we were happy. They booked a great tour for us and arranged airport transportation. The sky bar was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious Everything was perfect!

Location of this hotel is excellent, centrally located in the Old Quarter and walkable to most places. The hotel is 'boutique' style with great decoration. The rooms are comfortable, although storage is quite cramped. The staff were superb, especially Lee, who gave us invaluable information about where to go, what to see, and where to eat. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The rooftop bar was excellent, with some of the nicest cocktails I have tasted. The shower temperature kept changing, not a major issue but quite annoying.

Amazing customer service from the staff. Provided a personal assistant that made booking experiences and finding interesting local spots a breeze. Made my trip better than I ever expected it to be. The hotel is even within walking distance to many interesting spots.

The staff, the location in the middle of the Old Quarter was ideal for exploring, shopping, and eating. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant and rooftop bar were amazing. The walls were thin so you can hear people coming in all night and customers who smoke in the bathroom will pollute nearby rooms.

I don't have any particularly bad memories.

Hotel made me feel like I was visiting family. Everyone went out of their way to make the stay warm, and I inviting. Hien, went out of her way to make everything special. Great hotel, great stay, would recommend to everyone. Having to leave.

The property was very clean and the staff excellent. Everyone one was very polite and nice, from the doorman the reception staff and the waitresses in the restaurant. The street it’s located on a very busy street with lots of cars and motor cycles. Would have loved to it to be a little quiet. Nothing about the property itself I didn’t like.

The property was nice, the location for the hotel was really good and helpful for joining other activities. The room was nice and clean. Mainly the best thing we loved about the hotel was the behavior of the staffs , I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels but never came across such kind hearted staffs, they tried their best to help us out , this might sound over exaggeration but they were really nice , not only me but my entire family loved their behavior . (The Chia seed drink was very tasty though) Only wished it to be a bit more spacious but it’s fine otherwise
