No windows in my room, tv didn't work

Air conditioner and refrigerator didn't work in both rooms, staff didn't care. They argued with me that I didn't tell them earlier, had me switch rooms at 5 am cause the first room was so hot. Didn't get any sleep. And they didn't compensate me at all. Just yelled at me. My first room was a queen bed, then they moved me to a room with a twin bed. Again no compensation

The location is perfect, you'll never run out of stores to buy from or places to eat from. Everything is walkable. The room is spaceous enough. And while there are other negative reviews about the aircon, our room was very cold with 2 air conditioners and a ceiling fan. Staff were very accommodating too.

Value for money, and the staff are very accommodating and friendly, The service was excellent, and the staff were always ready to assist us.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable, exactly as the photos, great location. There was a minor issue in the beginning with the refrigerator but was handle quickly.

Too small a room. Though given the price, probably manageable. Also there are ants. And we asked them to book a bus for us and felt like they charged way too high for a subpar bus because I booked the return myself and it cost me less even with a superior bus

Great value in a prime location. No need to share a room in a hostel when this place have private rooms for the same price. Friendly staff accommodated all our needs

The staff were really nice. The location is accessible. You can walk to and from different tourist spots, stores, and restaurants. Most of the tours I booked online offered free pick-up and drop-off at the hotel due to its location. The room you'll get is good given that it really is not a state-of-the-art hotel. Great for people on a budget.

At the price, the location is really good everything is at walking distance. For a day trip a cab will come near the hotel. 1. The hotel is inside the street hardly 50-100 m from three sides. In the morning the street vendor sells meat of different kind like pork, beef, fish and every kind of animal local eats. If you are vegetarian you will vomit if you walk down the street. 2. The staff ask one to rate the hotel as 10 which I feel is the clear manipulation.

Great location and the quietest room I have had in Hanoi. There was a strong mould smell and mould bisible on wall.
