Really nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter with nice staff, yummy breakfast, good shower and powerful A/C to keep the room cool to come back and rest at the hottest part of the day. Highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints.

Really big, spacious and clean rooms, reception staff were very welcoming, and location was very central and within walking distance to the main attractions. Buffet breakfast was very limited with not many western and asian options, and no made to order items.

Staff is kind and care of our comfort. Room and bathroom are spacious. Good location to visit the Old Quarter. The sight through the windows. Not much light in the room.

Right in the heart of the old quarter Close to everything including Hokiem Lake Great staff that was always helpful and had great suggestions for getting around. Very nice breakfast. When we stayed in March there was some road construction going on which made the area very busy and made it harder for the grab to get to the hotel. But the staff were always helpful in helping us with our baggage.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were exceptional — genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or logistics. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the Old Quarter but still calm once inside. The sound-proofing is impressive (a real gift in Hanoi!), and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied — especially the made-to-order pho and strong Vietnamese coffee. A small note: the spa attached to the hotel (run separately) could use some improvement to match the hotel’s otherwise excellent standards.
