Golden Rose Premium Hotel Hanoi

Room & Housekeeping: The room itself was comfortable. The bathroom, bed, and floor were kept clean throughout our stay. However, the table was not cleaned daily, and dust accumulated there. Interestingly, the same lady who cooked breakfast also handled housekeeping duties, and she did a good job overall with cleanliness. Breakfast: Breakfast was à la carte. When we arrived at the breakfast area and placed our order, the lady started cooking immediately. While this ensured freshness, the breakfast itself was not very satisfying for me. I felt the options and taste could be improved. Front Office Staff: The front office staff smiled and were pleasant only during check-in and check-out. On other days, their attitude was less welcoming, with an unpleasant expression and no interaction, which made the experience less warm.

Lounge Elevator

Only the location was in the heart of the market place. 1. Room and bathroom size were small 2. Spiders and Mosquitoes were in the room 3. Vegetarian food options were not available in the breakfast 4. Staff were not polite, both at the reception and the breakfast hall. Seems they were also short staffed as the receptionist was only handling the buffet in the morning. 5. AC was not working fine

Clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were friendly and pleasant.

The location is near to all attractions and markets. the building is a bit old.

Location Everything from the hotel door to every thing inside the room was very bad.

I have paid for breakfast, but there are only few options available and that too very less quantity. Not a buffet system. Very limited. If we ask for more their looks are pathetic that we don't want to ask or eat anymore. Waiting time is also higher for our turn during breakfast.

I had informed the hotel in advance to keep my room as I would be arriving early in the morning rather than in the evening. When I arrived, I was told that my room had been given away. After trying to explain the situation—with some difficulty, as the reception staff did not speak English well—they eventually found me another room, which was not in perfect condition. Not recommended; there are better accommodation options available

Friendly staff, quiet room yet in noisy old town located, breakfast prepared with love

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed the balcony view. The room was a little small and the walls were not fully soundproof. Sometimes we could hear noise from outside. The elevator was slow during peak hours.

I'm sure they eat better in the Hanoi prison. It absolutely was horrible. Whoever is responsible should be beaten with long bamboo sticks.

The people who were running the hotel was really friendly and helpful. They had the laundry facilities too.

The location is near the train street, market and restaurants! Nothing in particular.

Our room for 3 pax is big enough for us and the bathroom is big. I forgot that breakfast is included and nobody told us about it at the reception.

Good location what you pay that’s what you get. Not a place to stay with kids. Very basic needs an upgrade.

Nothing likeble Small cramped rooms, no place to store luggage. Worst breakfast.
