reasonably priced and comfortable beds! spacious and the plugs/cabinets on the bedside were great. bathroom was spacious and clean too. offers great opportunities for socializing at night too. reception also offers tour and bus bookings which were convenient for me. not much, mostly everything was great!

They do a lot of activities keeping the guests engaged which helps to socialize. Also honestly the best breakfast I’ve had at a hostel. Kind and helpful staff as well. Would recommend

The AC filter just maybe needed to be changed, as it left dust film on the top of things

I liked the community. Staff were awesome. The doors to the cubby to lock items and door handle would sound alarms randomly.

Only one bathroom (toilet in the shower room) per room for 8 people was a bit tough.

The volunteers are very rude. I do not appreciate how they spoke to us, and the "manager" of the restaurant literally snatched my paper out of my hand and was very aggressive over a GAME. Him and the volunteer were very weird and made what was a great experience unpleasant for the rest of the stay. My friend & I stayed for a week. The owner should be more thorough on who they allow to volunteer there. You never know who is passing through and I happen to have a great influence on social media, and yes I will be sharing it bc I do not like the disrespect that I recieved. Those people are a reflection of your business, please keep in mind. Other than that the actual staff were kind & accommodating.

Only one shower in dorm with 8 girls.

Shower over the toilet makes the whole bathroom wet, loud when people leave for bar crawl, no tables in common area

North of the Old Quarter, close to ATM and the local Market.

My favorite hostel in Vietnam. Activities every night if you want to be social, but not too crazy of a party hostel. Met some great people here, the staff and volunteers were always friendly. We had a private room and it was so nice and clean with a super hot shower! Booked our trip to Ha Long Bay with them as well. The location is ideal for exploring the old quarter. I would love to come back here. Nothing

Great location, Amazing breakfast and Friendly staff. Just a heads up that the bathroom is wet, as a FYI for the folks from the western world. I would definitely stay here again just for the breakfast! Bathroom was wet type

Good hostel. The staff are very good. Nice beds, rooftop patio was perfect for socializing. Breakfast was very good. Luggage storage.

The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful ?? The bed is comfy, the lockers are big and the bathrooms are cleaned on daily basis. 1.Breakfast was really oily. 2.On my last night I took a private room and it was too close to the kitchen and the cleaning staff and they didn’t care people were sleeping it was way too loud. They woke me up at 7am with there shouting. So anything below 700 is ok (room nos.)
