I have stayed here before. Always awesome seeing the staff! Viet Hospitality in Hanoi is great! I had to leave.

The staff is really helpfull and kind! 100/10 customer service Toilets are old and the sink gets clogged. Mattress was really hard.

The staff at the reception were very kind and attentive. The beds were comfortable, there was enough space and there was a little table and lamp. The bathroom and communal space were cleaned regularly while we stayed there.
