Great service of the staff especially from Mr.Min. Got upgraded for free which was very kind. I could hear the music from the beer street from my room, but I was so jet legged so I slept like a good anyways

We would like to especially thank Me at the reception desk. He was exceptional — always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with every request, even before we asked. We were amazed that each time we returned from our expeditions, he remembered us and greeted us so warmly. His kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special, and it is something we will never forget. We highly recommend La Mejor Hotel & Sky Bar for its exceptional staff, excellent location in the heart of Hanoi, and wonderful food. The team was warm, professional, and always eager to help, making our stay truly enjoyable. Combined with the comfortable atmosphere and great dining experience, it was an outstanding place to stay.

Location was dead center on the Beer street in the old Quarter, however since the rooms are located at the back of the hotel, we had little to no noise from outside. Staff was extremely helpful

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious with tons of options, and we loved the spa and ending the day at the SkyBar.

The hotel staff just made the stay amazing. Everyone from the front desk, bellman, to all the people in the kitchen. Thank you for making our stay so amazing and for treating us so well.

After arriving from international flights, we were welcomed warmly into the lobby, where they brought us tea and delicious dried apricots while explaining the check-in process in detail. It was calm, attentive, and thoughtful — exactly what you need after a long journey. We stayed in an upgraded suite, while our children had a standard room. Both were wonderful, but our suite was especially beautiful, with a stunning view overlooking the Old Town rooftops. The hotel truly thinks of everything — fruit waiting in the room, water bottles, evening treats, soft lighting, and all the small touches that make you feel cared for. Breakfast service was exceptional. The dining room staff — especially the hostess who looked after us each morning — were attentive, warm, and professional. On our last night, we had dinner at the hotel, and it felt like a five-star restaurant experience: full service, napkins, chairs pulled out, careful attention to every detail. The food and service were outstanding. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff. From the team handling luggage to the young women at the front desk, everyone was gracious, kind, and genuinely lovely. We felt welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again — without hesitation.

We stayed here twice during our trip, which already shows how much we liked the place. Perfectly located in the old town. The staff were consistently friendly and the customer service was excellent both times. Breakfast was good. They even prepared breakfast to take with us one day we had an early departure.The hotel is very organized when it comes to arranging transportation. Our room was comfortable, with good bedding and everything feeling clean and well maintained. The rooftop is also a nice bonus and a great spot to relax. The only downside is the noise at night, as the hotel is located right on a party street. It’s more about the area than the hotel itself, but worth keeping in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

The sky bar was closed as was the bar downstairs even relatively early in the evening (around 9 PM). The scene immediately outside was a bit chaotic with people trying to sell drugs and lots of partying. Might be attractive to some but wasn’t to me.

The Sky Bar Too small. Old forniture. Too noisy

We loved the location which was in the heart of Hanoi and Beer street. It was so incredibly central and yet an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the streets. We loved that it was in on "beer" street. The evenings outside were so full of life and color. The skybar was fun too. There was nothing we didn't like

The staff everybody was so courteous and nice. It was a nice place to stay. I think you guys need to update the bathrooms. It needs a little work. And in the one room that we stayed in the first night, the sliding door didn’t work in the little office room.

Location Was OK a room or a little dingy need some update definitely didn’t worth it $115
