Buffet Breakfast had good selection and eggs made to order. View from the hotel overlooks rundown buildings. TV in room was dark and was unable to adjust brightness. Pool and Gym of sister hotel was available for use but crossing busy road was hazardous.

Location was near Old Quarter and in a small lane. many eating places around. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was mainly for Asian cuisine. Eggs to order option was there. Overall nice stay. Breakfast options for vegetarians is limited. Since mostly Asian food so limited options for Indians. Rooms are small.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! We booked the Family Suite and Deluxe Twin Room — both were spotless, spacious, and so well-designed (the Family Suite even has two showers and toilets — super convenient!). Even before arrival, the staff were messaging us via WhatsApp to confirm everything. Service was amazing the entire time — always offering drinks, help, and small gestures that made a huge difference. Location is perfect: just outside the Old Quarter so it’s peaceful but still central. The lobby is gorgeous and smells so good. The hotel café is great too — definitely try the coconut smoothie! Breakfast had lots of choices — both buffet and à la carte (I loved the eggs benedict). Housekeeping cleaned our rooms daily and even offered laundry help. We had a late-night flight and they let us shower after check-out in a private room fully stocked with everything. This hotel thinks of every detail — truly above and beyond. Highly recommend — 10/10 stay! N/A

I loved Le Jardin because when we went in we were a little early, they served us a welcome drink and allowed us to check in 3 hours before our allowed check in time. They also called me to ask if I need to have my clothes in the basket sent to laundry. Then they also allowed us to use the gym and pool in their other hotel. Further, the staff were so kind especially the employee named THUY the one at the breakfast buffet. She took our pictures and even offered her phone to be the one we will use for taking pictures because my iPhone had bad lighting and she sent thoes pictures to me. When we left, there was a person who asked us about our stay and she was so kind to even assist us until our grab for the airport arrived. None really

I am not a fan of showers over the bathtub. In particular the bath is quite a deep one so anyone with mobility issues would find showering a problem. Also when showering the water floods out onto the floor which I didn't realise the first time and it can be quite slippery

First, i love the well decorated lobby. Following also the Staff are super friendly and excellent in Hospitality, they’re very helpful in all aspects. I love my room, it has bathtub, spacious, everything same as I expected from the pictures. The breakfast also great. I also did work out at the other sister hotel gym which is accessible by le Jardin hotel guest. Not that i dont like these things but just a reminder foll future guest: My room was nice, but it wasnt soundproof from the street, so i recommend to bring earplugs because the street already give noise early morning. Which i did, so I have no problem during my sleep. The location is not within the old quarter, it’s near old quarter, so you need to walk at least 20mnt to get in the center of old quarter (not recommend to walk during summer/hot season). Unless you spend a bit of money for Grab bike which i did and it was very very cheap and it was totally fine. Overall it’s still perfect place to stay and i will stay here again when I back in Hanoi!

The property was modern, clean and the amenities were very good. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Let us keep our bags for the day and let us use their showers after check out and before our flight. The shower hose in the bathroom is positionally awkward, and the pressure could be stronger. Naturally the lower levels are noisier than the higher levels, this was only a problem around 8am during morning commute, otherwise no problem. We were on level 4 one night and then level 8 the next, this made a difference.
