This is a fantastic value hotel, good price and a great room even though I got the basic one. Good bed, good bathroom, great breakfast in the top floor, just solid overall. Would stay here again 100% It was all pretty great

Not adequate storage spaces in the room. Jacuzzi had faulty hot water supply. Sweet bakery items in breakfast did not taste good, hashbrowns were served cold.

The room is clean and comfortable. They let us use the spa for taking a shower even after we checked out and come back late at night after a day trip ‼️ Nothing

Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean and was cleaned very well every day. Not a complaint, really, but the guy from the breakfast area was alone, so he had to cook, clear the dishes, and wash them; others might complain about the fact that the service was slower when many people were in the same area at the same time for breakfast. Also, if you are looking for places with brand new furniture, the place is pretty old, but so are all the other places in this price range.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful - even going out of their way to help. I could not book the 5 Gates train one morning as it did not accept card payment. The staff paid using the QR code and acccepted cash in return. The hotel is small and charming. Given its location and price, the hotel provided value for money. Would give 8.5 if possible, but scored 8 due to thin doors as described below. The breakfast room on the top floor is like a small restaurant and is operated by two staff. They do very well to cater but can be overwhelmed if all guests turn up at the same time. Despite this, they are so lovely and do their best to cater. We did not have breakfast every morning as I was travelling with a teenage son and wanted him to try authentic local food. The room doors are thin (and not solid core fire doors) - they feel a bit light weight. There are 4 rooms on each floor facing the lift. People talking can be heard through these doors, especialyl when other guests come back late at night or leave earfy for tours. This wasn't a problem on a couple of nights when we had more considerate neighbours.

Great location at the heart of the Old Quarter - very close to many restaurants and bars, quite lively. Nice, clean, facilities though nothing too special. Good breakfast on the top floor (amazing pho bo - better than the restaurants'!) The upstairs bar could have been better exploited; no gym

Very good location. Walking distance to many things. Beds were a little too firm for my liking. Depending on the room, the AC could either be too cold or not cold enough.

The night staff is not really helpful . Also be prepared for not able to connect vpn if you need to work remote at night
