A great location for being near the lake and Old Quarter because it was slightly less busy and was on a larger street with wide sidewalks. The room was large and bright with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was nice.

We booked a room without windows for 5 nights. Staffs are polite and very nice. Room is clean, breakfast is good.The hotel locates in the old quarter. The airport bus station is neaby and also close walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and French quarter.All in all we are quite satisfied about this hotel.

The staff. I felt really comfortable here. What we noticed was you are treated more like a friend or family. Not like some of the more upscale places that have all the awkward formalities. Staff seem happy. We enjoyed our breakfast of Pho each morning. The room was big and clean. Surprisingly the noise didn’t bother us. We were on 1st floor and found it to be quiet at night and we also had a small portable white noise machine to block out noise in the morning. We appreciated this location vs being on some of the more narrow streets of the old town. Much easier to walk around here. Good Banh mi and coffee on this street. Very quick walk to the lake. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would pick it again. The bathrooms could use a Reno. But overall for the price point it’s a good deal regardless.

Very convenient if you are going within the city center. A lot of coffee shops and food restaurants around. Which is really good Kinda old building and they are not changing the bed sheets when we asked them.

Great location, friendly staff. We got the room with the balcony, and even though it was only on the 2nd floor, it was great to just watch the pace of everyday Hanoi life. Breakfast pho was good (note: they don't automatically provide them, but you can request chili peppers and lime), but the other foods were just ok. If you get the balcony room, it goes without saying that you're gonna hear a lot of noise from the street. I didn't mind so much, but just something to be aware of if you choose that room. Not really any other issues.
