There is nothing to like about this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled horrible and there were roaches running up the wall. Booking should never allow this hotel to be booked. It is absolutely disgusting. There are roaches everywhere. I was in my room two minutes. I turned around and went back downstairs and they told me they would give me my money back minus a certain amount, but they did not want me to leave a review and I told them I was going to leave a review that the place was horrible and they told me that I wasn’t going to be able to find another room available and they had to go check and see if there were roaches in the room. It was unbelievable. They were arguing with me over roaches in the room.

The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Breakfast included was ok: rice or noodle, bread and spread, fruits, juices and coffee. No tea. They advertised the room like a "no view" room but what they are not saying is that the window is an interior window giving on a wall inside of the building. It means no fresh air and no light. The room doesn't look like in the pictures which show light coming from the windows. And the room is damp and cold.

Staff were excellent. Location was good. Rooms were clean. Basic breakfast but plentiful. Good hot shower. Not a flashy hotel but good for the money. Couldn't provide an extra pillow because hotel was full. Safe wasn't bolted down to anything. Hard beds, but still slept well.

Room was well sized, breakfast was adequate and staff were friendly bathroom was small and more drinking water could have been provided
