Close proximity to the city and easily accessible and not hard to get a taxi to and from Rooms were very small and set up like a morgue a they shut the air conditioning off all day and open the windows which let’s all the humidity in so you are insanely and uncomfortably hot at night.

I stayed in the private room, and it was a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, and housekeeping came to tidy up every couple days. They don’t allow you to have food in the room, so there’s no problem with bugs of any kind. I didn’t utilize any of the shared spaces except for the rooftop area, which was a nice spot to sit. The staff were also quite friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the laundry service was not available during my time there, but the staff directed me to a self service laundromat just 2 minutes walk away. It is a really good location in Hanoi. Hoan Kiem Lake is a lovely spot to sit or walk around, and it’s very close by. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores within a short distance. I would stay here again. Nothing really. I wished they’d given a little soap bar for the shower as part of the included toiletries, but it’s just a suggestion.

Amazing place to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. Everything was great, very comfy and cosy so I slept well every night. The staff were very helpful despite me being so clumsy and locking my key in the room 3 times, they were so nice. It was very clean and all travellers were nice. Social. Rooftop is great and so it the TV room. Great value. Only thing that sucks is the bathrooms. Showers too small and just not really good in general, shower heads falling down constantly, they need sorting out a bit. But other than that, can’t fault it.

It was clean and well maintained. It was also close to everything which was nice for getting around quickly and easily. There was not reliable hot water! I had to take a cold shower twice. Both at night and early in the morning there was no hot water. It was also loud. I did not realize how loud old quarter is in Hanoi.

In general, a solid and comfortable stay, and I would stay here again for the location and helpful staff. The room was a bit small, and there isn't much of a social atmosphere, so it's more suitable if you're looking for a quiet and convenient place rather than a social hostel.

The many floors made it challenging to socialize with others, wish there was a few organized social activities. Otherwise great stay for those who are looking for more of a chill vibe.

Very congested room was provided.very uneasy to live. I suggest the nexy hostel to inhance the tariff rate ,but don't provide this type of room.Rest was o.k.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay at Nexy Hostel! The location is perfect—right in the Old Quarter and close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or travel plans. The common areas and rooftop are nice places to relax or meet other travelers. Would definitely stay here again! I stayed 8 nights at Nexy Hostel and overall had a good experience, but my sheets weren’t changed during my stay. It would have been nice to have fresh linens at least once.

Rooftop area, nice and helpful staff. Room was a bit cramped but I think you can just ask for the bigger dorm.

The overall flow and energy of the hostel just worked… worked well! The value of this stay is UNMATCHED! Given the location, bed comfort, and amenities, you can’t go wrong :)
