The staff service was excellent and professional. The room we have stayed was great, spotless and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast buffet food was good as well.

Restroom is very small, no space between toilet and bathtub. No ventilation in the restroom either. Our room air-conditioner made noises a bit during our stay. Also hotel had some construction on the rooftop so my husband had to call front desk to remind workers be quiet at night for us to sleep.

Friendly and comfortable boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Town.

Wonderful staff, room was quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. Really appreciated the treadmill. Bathroom a bit dark - really nice having magnification mirror but was almost too dark to be able to use.

Buffet breakfast was good! Room was comfy. Staff were nice and helpful. Gym was very small. There is a gym down the street for only 20k a day, X-men Gym. No view from window, lead to a weird middle section of the hotel. It was called garden view, no garden view though haha

They advertise the deluxe room with 25m2 but in reality it is maximum 15m2! The massage at the hotel was not good, and as soon as they were finished, they asked us for a tip in a very pushy way, which was quite uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good , mattress was fine Not much noise from street Very clean . Great staff Only thing we didn't bring was hair conditioner & they didn't provide or have ! Other than that everything was great !

The hotel was in a great location in the Old Quarter, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops while giving easy access to the immediate area. We would also highlight that the staff were not only friendly but also gave great advise and assistance when organising tours and trips N/A

Excellent value. Right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter with amazing restaurants, street food, shopping and convenience stores all near the hotel. Most major sightseeing points are within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great with good variety and delicious too (0630-0930). The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Toilets were fitted with Toto and very clean. The staff were courteous and very accommodating - particularly Robert and Jack. They also offer tour packages and a spa on site (unfortunately, we did not have time to utilize same). Would highly recommend staying at the Palago! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Nothing
