Great location, close to everything. Staff members are efficient especially the hotel Manager, Alice and front desk staff (Tracy, Mia and Tony). The breakfast food choices are really good too.

I appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism that Alice and Vincent showed towards me during my solo travels and stay at Serene Boutique Hotel and Spa. The who team went out of their way to make my stay in Vietnam more pleasurable. Their professionalism and excellent customer service skills shines as they accommodated my last minute flight changes, booked spa appointments and tours for me, and helped to ensure my laundry was done before I departed. The hotel is located right in the old town center and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, massage spas, and all the local sites are just a Grab away. NA

Excellent location with incredible staff. Double bed room was fine. Good breakfast spread. Staff was incredible helping us plan our tour and places to see. Excellent laundry service in house I guess the only downfall, was the tv was a bit small, and not a smart tv...

Staff were amazing, Tracy went out of her way to check in each day, provide recommendations, and make sure I was happy. Location is very convenient. Airport transfer service was easy. Good value for money, it is basic however for the price it is very reasonable. The rooms were not fully sound proof to other rooms, so you could hear others quite clearly. Not a huge issue for me but something to be mindful of. Occasional bug in the shared areas however it is Vietnam so that is expected.
