Traditional design The staff checked me in and kept my passport and never told me this was a "cash only" hotel nor told me to pay up front. So, when trying to check out, I had to make a trip around to an ATM almost causing me to be late to the airport. When finally giving the cash, they were not going to give me my change or receipt. I had to force them to give a receipt and had to wait for them to write it out. Unpleasant experience with the staff. Room was good for the value.

Feeling like I know what it was like to be in Vietnam in the 70s. Why is the shower above the toilet?

The location is around good food restaurants. When I paid the desk manager tried conning me by taking all my money and refused to give me 109 000.000 VND change. He kept on pretending that I made the right payment and I had to physically take my change from him. It is not te first time in this country that I was being chamed. I am well aware of it, tipping is not customory in Vietnam. But his intention was to take my money. They do not serve a real good breakfast at all the options are very limited and there are no Vegetarian options.
