- Good water pressure and hot water. - The room wasn’t that clean; - The location is not too good, far from the centre, and not much restaurants close; - The water from the sink (in the toilet) smell bed. In general, we didn’t enjoy the accommodation, for 1 or 2 nights its ok, but for the price there’s better rooms.

Overall, a decent option for a short stay. We stayed for 2 nights and had two rooms on the top floor, which included access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the city at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they assisted us with arranging a taxi to the airport, which we appreciated. A good place to stay if you’re looking for something simple and comfortable. However, we did notice that the rooms could have been cleaner. Areas like the drawers, windows, and furniture could definitely use more thorough cleaning. A good place if you’re not too picky, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness.

It was an amazing stay with a very beautiful room apart from that the staff was very friendly and helpful so I would definitely recommend other people to stay over there because the staff are very nice

The location is perfect to discover the area around Westlake. It's very central but still quiet at night. The people who work there are very kind! I came early and they still let me check in, although check in time was way later, that was very nice! The room is super cute decorated and has everything you need. It was very clean aswell:) -

We booked this place after visiting Halong Bay. We wanted to stay somewhere else rather than the Old Quarter and since our flight was pretty late we booked 2 nights to have the room till the last moment. Just stayed for 1 night though. The hotel is well located, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Short Grab ride to the Old Quarter. The room was fine, very spacious but outdated. You get what you pay for. We wanted cheap, cheap we got. It had AC, fridge, wardrobe, free toiletteries, even a hairdryer (broken but working) etc The only thing to really fault was the mattress. It was like sleeping on the floor. Please change the mattresses for future guests, my back still hurts. Just a small complain: I would only like to mention I was a bit disappointed the way they charged us 150k for a really old gel/shampoo dispenser (not worth that money-actually with that money they probably bought 10 of them after we left) that I dropped accidently and broke. Instead of leaving it there, I was trying to be nice and let them know what happened before I checked out and offered to pay. Obviously they took advantage and charged me whatever they felt like without even giving me a receipt. I don't think there was need but anyway...

Staff were friendly. Close to restaurants. Netflix on the TV The whole place needed a good clean. Stair were dirty, cobwebs in the room, extractor fan was filthy, bathroom needed a good clean. Water pressure in the shower is awful.. The photos are clearly very old. The bed was the hardest I've ever slept on. The "garden view" looks onto the street which was also noisy. Terrible nights sleep and have stayed in much better for the same money in Vietnam. Overall disappointing.
