In room facilities is fully equipped, no need to bring a lot of stuff with me. No comfort place for enjoying drinks and relaxing, sofa in the bakery counter near the lobby area is only allowed for outsiders and hotel guest had to access to dinning area for just enjoy driking.

Good location, good price, great staff The toilet does not have a hose or bidet. Even a 1-star hotel in Vietnam has a hose. Why doesn’t the Sheraton? Also there was only one bathrobe. It’s a room for two people, there should be 2 bathrobes.

The location is nearby the big lake, very refreshing. Breakfast and buffet options are very nice. Food is fresh. Staffs are mindful and polite. I had issue with the accounting team missing the VAT invoice, discussed via email back and forth very time wasting. But eventually it was solved.

It’s good location. Facility, staff and restaurant are great. We hope that there are more outlet for digital devaices.

The lunch buffet is amazing don't bother with breakfast. Don't do the breakfast if you like your bacon and sausage etc hot. Its not but coffee was good. The location is a pain to get to if there is a traffic issue

Everything is perfect at the Sheraton, from the check-in experience, the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the beds, the peace and quiet, the view from the window and the friendly, helpful staff. The only criticism that I could make is that there are two ways into the hotel by car -- if the lower entrance is closed for some reason, it's a bit tedious getting through the narrow streets to the upper entrance.

Nothing Staff no trained to 5 star standards. Charged me twice because of their system problem. House keeping wakes you up at 7:30am or never come. Just astonishing!

Reasonable value for a brand hotel. The hotel staff were delightfully courteous and unbelievably helpful considering the level of English not their lingua franca. The only missing factor was no bar to chill. Had to walk down the street for choice.
