The hotel is in the heart of the city and in walking distance to most attractions including the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake which is only a few steps away. Our room was spacious, modern and clean with a balcony that looked over this bustling city. Special thanks to the lovely English speaking manager Lily and her staff who made us feel like family while helping us with all our needs. The only thing I didn’t like, in fact hated, was not being able to stay longer. Next year we will!

On a nice block, close to good restaurants, the lake and the puppet theater. The room was spacious, updated and clean. Our ‘window’ was overlooking the lobby; so essentially no window at all from our perspective since we had to close the curtains immediately.
