The best thing of this hotel is the staff. They are so helpful and attentive. They were very nice welcoming me to the hotel, gave me so many useful suggestions on where to eat, what to do. They gave me a few welcome drinks when I got back my room just because I was too tired with the heat of Hanoi. The breakfast here is very good with many options. The sauna is great (very rare of hotels in the Old Quarter to have the sauna and this place has a functional one). I also enjoy a great cocktail at the rooftop bar overlooking the Lake. My room is spacious enough and the bed is very comfy. In summary, a very good stay and wonderful experience. The location is excellent so I can literally travel easily for work and business. Nothing. Everything is great

The manager, Lam, was extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The view from the rooftop bar was great and the location made it easy to walk everywhere.

The level of service is top notch. The staff are incredibly accommodating and it’s in a prime location right next to Hoam Kiem Lake. The sky bar is also a great place to relax with a local beer. Will be returning!

Everything was new and in working order, water pressure was great, I booked a twin room but somehow that got messed up and they were able to quickly accommodate. Only problem was construction next door, but that's not the fault of the hotel and they can't really control that.

From the moment we entered until we left, we were treated with the most excellent of customer service. To compliment that, the hotel itself was lovely, well kept, clean, and the showers were hot. Breakfast was a nice touch of both Vietnamese/Asian and Western and wasn't overwhelming. The location was fantastic as well, with some of the best coffee we've ever had just a few minutes away. If I had to nitpick, it would be the elevator size, it was just hard traveling with a lot of luggage.

Our favorite things were: •The staff were very kind and provided excellent service. •The room was very clean. •The shower and toilet had good water pressure. •We could enjoy Netflix and YouTube in the room. •The light switches were easy to understand and use. •The breakfast was very delicious. •The staff kindly gave us a beautiful keyring, which was a very nice touch. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We would love to come back again?? Our room had a window, but we couldn’t see the city view or get the morning sunlight?

The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel is in a superb location near all the bustle and action. Breakfast is buffet style with an a la carte menu, and they serve both local Hanoi dishes and western breakfast, plus some excellent coffee. We got everything we needed in our room despite the smaller size. The hotel spa is also discounted on certain hours of the day and we found the massage very relaxing! Not handicap friendly (Need to climb several steps of stairs to enter the lobby) but this wasn’t a problem for us, but I imagine it’d be hard for people with mobility problems.
