Very nice boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and hospitable (especially thanh Vu and Bek). The room was spacious and modern looking. It’s great for a 4-star hotel. The location is also good!

The staff at the reception is exceptionally professional and friendly - a special mention goes to both Daisy and Silvia. Excellent English, genuine warm friendliness and customer service. We will miss them! Breakfast. Scrambled eggs were watery, simple toast ....is not toasted at all. Hot coffee needs to be served hot, not lukewarm as was the case on each of the 3 days. (the Vietnamese food options were better).

This place is a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. We asked the hotel to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel on the night we arrived in Hanoi. All of our communication with Jimmy - before, during, and after - was quick and clear. We were given great recommendations for both places to visit as well as outstanding restaurants. Breakfast was served in the hotel restaurant each morning. There were a variety of menu options. We tried several different items, and each of them was good. If you’re looking for a “home base” during your stay in Hanoi, this hotel is perfect. Nothing

Staff was really helpful to help us sort some logistics issue. Bathroom doesn't have hooks for hanging robes.

The hotel was amazing. Located right in the middle of Old Quater so going everywhere was so convenient. They cleaned the room every day. The staffs were helpful and professional. We left really early in the morning but Minh was thoughtful and prepared us some breakfast to bring to the airport. He also helped doing the checkout very quick and smoothly. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location, close to the lake with a lovely rooftop and breakfast area. Lots of breakfast options. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and a great size :) Not so much we didnt like it and certainly not a huge deal, just that the bar staff on the roof could have been more attentive during the evenings. We had to always seek them out rather than them checking on customers for orders or refills. This happened across the two occasions we stayed and was noticed by other customers as well.

Full service breakfast was too slow, too controlled. I’d recommend self service for drinks, pastries, fruits, soup plus custom order hot meals. The current staff is great but too formal, slow, constrained.

As soon as we walked through the door, the staff provided the highest level of customer service. It was our honeymoon and the staff decorated the room and even later that evening provided us with a surprise cake when we were hanging out at the Sky Bar, which is also a wonderful amenity at the hotel. The hotel staff also provided us with a local dinner recommendation and experience and it was one of our favorite meals of our trip. Besides the wonderful staff, the hotel is in the center of the Old Quarter and the room was spacious, modern, and quiet despite it being right on the street. We would 1000% come back to Hanoi and stay at this hotel again. That we couldn’t stay longer.
