Wonderful staff in a great location in Hanoi! Very large and clean rooms. Very nice breakfast with good city views. The staff was overwhelmingly accommodating to our large group and we look forward to staying here again soon!

Top tier location, walkable distance from almost every major attraction. The staff were super accommodating and helpful, possibly the nicest people we’ve met on our trip even!

Everyone was very helpful and welcoming from the beginning to the end. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. They offer same day laundry service at a reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality. Some noise from the street can be heard at night time. Though i think its a common issue everywhere in Old Quarter.

Had the most pleasant stay at La Selva Hanoi. The location is excellent to get into the Old Quarter quickly, but also to have a stroll at the lake for some more quiet times. The entire staff is outstandingly nice and helpful, especially the guys doing the breakfast - always up for a chat, they make you start your days in Hanoi with a smile. The room was spot clean, spacious and very comfortable.

They accommodated to our needs so well and staff were so beautiful. We were always said hello to, and the door was always opened for us when we approached. It was definitely worth paying a little bit extra to stay at a nice hotel when we got value for it and they also helped me plan a surprise for my partner for his birthday and set up the room with decorations! Everything nearby, and our favourite coffee spot just down the road! The one morning we went out for breakfast it was a little bit chaotic and unorganised but absolutely nothing bad to say about the property. We would definitely stay there again.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices, and made to order eggs. The location was fantastic and the room was quiet. The room was a bit small for the 3 single beds and the bathroom a bit dark.
