Very near to Hoa Kiem Lake & nearby shops. Staff are very very friendly. Good money value. The balcony also very nice,i can have my own “me time” while chilling and enjoying the scenery

This hotel offered our family amazing service. The staff was friendly, helpful and considerate. The location was good, as most of the tourist attractions could be reached by quick walk in 3-5 minutes.

I love the accommodating staff and they were helpful and attentive. The location is accessible. It’s close to hoan kiem lake, night market, and some of the most recommended cafes. Thanks for the unlimited bananas too!

It was fairly quiet. Earplugs still useful to block out traffic noise. AC was working well. The room was small, certainly smaller than in the pictures. The aircon was leaking through the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Cash only, and the staff didn't even pretend to give a receipt or invoice.

LOCATION WAS AMAZING. RIGHT IN THE CENTRE. EVERYTHING WAS WALKING. SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. There was nothing as such. It was much more spacious and than other properties.

-the bed is like a brick. It was like sleeping on the floor, hard as a rock. They definitely need to put a proper mattress, this was unacceptable. -the pillow was very big and quite firm, so unless you sleep on the side (even then it was too big) it’s really hard to sleep with this pillow -while I didn’t have any street noise, you could hear every word in the hallway (walls inside the building are not sound proof) -the cup in the bathroom still had stains from the person before me -no space for personal items in the bathroom
