Perfect location right in the middle of the old quarter.. Short walk to the lake and Train Street. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was good, buffet plus eggs made to order. Staff very helpful and professional. World definitely stay here again

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. They are always ready to assist which made our stay highly comfortable. The location is convenient, everything is just around the corner plus a few steps away from the lake.

Perfect location with easy access to local eateries. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the vintage elevator which is a unique feature and works perfectly. The staff were very supportive and kind. As a first-time visitor to Vietnam, I’m very impressed and happy with my stay. I would definitely come back. None

Location is perfect to block from the lake and and a five minute walk up to Beer Street. My room on the top floor had floor to ceiling glass giving an amazing panoramic view, looked forward to opening the curtains each morning. He linens did not have any soap or fabric softener smell. All staff were helpful and friendly, and the included breakfast was amazing food. I highly recommend Bella Rosa.

The location was perfect. It was in the middle of the Old Quarter. We would absolutely book the same hotel if ever we go back to Hanoi again.

Well situated in the old town . Even though we had a window the view is not attractive. It’s obstructed .

Location was great. The room has great view overlooking the lake. The bathroom was small and water sips out to the walkway when bathing.

Location, location, location! The balcony was awesome and the all glass room walls were great! The staff is incredible. They are so kind and willing to help with anything, that and the location made up for the datedness of the building. Definitely needed some fine tuning in both the bathroom and the aircon as I think the pictures made it seem newer than what it actually is. Breakfast is in a separate building as well as the roof top bar.
