Location and price The feel of it … from the reception area and beyond. The bathroom was old and dated, room not as described, (we booked a room with a balcony, and when we pointed out that there was no balcony, we were told that the view of another hotel balcony across the street was what they offered!?), hmmm. The decor was drab… front desk staff were working through google translate, all very friendly but not what we had in mind from reviews …. Deceptive pictures and descriptions online ….. I paid in full for 3 nights and was rebated for 2 nights on departure.

I had a a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Hanoi. The location is excellent, close to all major tourist spots, which made exploring the city very convenient. the room and hotel overall were comfortable and well-maintained, offering good value for the price. One standout was the service. Ms Nga at the reception was incredibly helpful and friendly; she made sure I had everything I needed and truly went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. I genuinely appreciate her kindness and dedication. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Hanoi!

The staff are really wonderful people - they are attentive, responsive and welcoming. The boutique hotel is a typical shophouse which is common throught the region. Clean and comfortable in a great location

Did not stay. Was told it was not available and taken to another hotel down the road. We were taken to another hotel that I checked out the next day and found another and stayed for 4 days.

The rooms were clean and staff friendly Water leaks around toilet. No hot water. Very little water pressure probably why there is no hot water as well.

Just the location The staff os very uncooperative and rude. First they changed the location of our stay without informing us. Then the transfer to the changed location was troublesome. Make sure you carry VND because theY don't accept USD. Also the rooms are super unclean. The washrooms are the dirty. They don't even have a proper shower. It's very dirty. The doors also don't close for washrooms and there are flies and mosquitos everywhere. The rooms are not worth the money at all.

Location, good enough room and staff at the reception. A boy and a girl, they both were very helpful and welcoming. 14.03.2023 Also it's just a two steps from Cathedral church, looks amazing. Bed a bit hard, but it's fine for me. But the most disappointed thing for me was a very little warm water in shower. Almost outside temperature. It's not hot in Hanoi, so it was difficult to take almost cold shower.

they were trying to be nice about it. they made us change the hotel to the “hotel” of a relative since they didn’t have any rooms available.

Was most awful hotel ever 5 floor with no elevator, bed and toilette dirty, all room with mold.
