Location was ideal, right in Old Quarter, convenient walking distance to lots of things, most tours/excursions will pick you up from hotel Noisy construction, door was difficult to lock with the key, building was outdated

Hotels in the Old Quarter often have facility issues. They are old hotels, rooms tend to be tight and some things like tv or internet are not so good. This hotel has checked all the boxes for me. The staff is outstanding. The location is outstanding. The room is a very pleasant surprise. It's a great value. My favorite so far of all the three hotels I've stayed in here in Old Quarter. Nothing. I've extended my stay twice now.

Good budget hotel with a great location

The staff helped us use the service to wash our clothes The hotel smells really bad. They put a lot of cleaning tools in front of our room. It looks messy and dirty. The towels are torn. The bed linen is smelly.

My room is very clean. However, it is a room with 3 single beds for a single traveler, making the room a bit crowded. The room has a well-stocked minibar. The free wifi is very good.

The location was great. On a quiet street in the old town, but a very short walk to all the hussle and bustle. There were some minor things in the room that needed looking at, but these are old , well established hotels so it is expected.

Location is very ideal, walking distance to most attractions we want to go. Staff, and even the owner herself, is extremely accommodating and helpful. It was an amazing experience staying here

This hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and a relaxing respite from the chaos that is Hanoi's Old Quarter. It has an elevator, our room had a balcony, the room itself was super spacious, the internet was extremely fast, lots of storage, and the shower was plenty hot with tons of hot water. Best of all you're walking distance to everything you'd ever want! Sadly, and there's nothing to be done about this, but even though we were up on the fifth floor, the bars below would be open until 4:00am and were very loud. You can hear everyone's conversations since the room is not really soundproof at all. One night we had to go out there and tell them to turn down the music. I will say though that in all of the Old Quarter, this hotel is actually located in a much quieter area. But with the great location of being close to all the action, you still get a lot of noise. Bring your earplugs!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The room looked exactly like the photos advertised—no surprises at all. It was clean, cozy, and spacious enough for three people to move around comfortably. The location is great, just a few minutes away from the Old Quarter, and the hotel is right along the street so it’s very easy to find. Having an elevator was also a huge plus. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay, and we would happily stay here again.

I was only there for a night. The property manager responded quickly when I needed her to. It was squarely located in the Old Quarter, and was close to everything. There were ants all over the bathroom sink. I called the property manager though and she sent someone right away to seal the opening through which they were getting through. He did a good job (I didn't see any afterwards) but having that experience wasn't pleasant. There were also stairs to get to the lobby which were difficult to climb up with a heavy luggage. Bed sheets weren't the cleanest, but I did sleep well.

Best location and very helpful staff Very old room , street noise, and cleanliness

Location is great, our room overlooked St. Joseph's Cathedral (501). It's on a nice little street with lots going on. Nice big room, good bathroom. Not too noisy at night. Easy walk to Ho Hoan Kiem lake and Train Street.

An overall fabulous experience: Nice boutique hotel, wonderful staff (especially Alicia -- Phuong), excellent location near restaurants and the cathedral. I was in a spacious room with a balcony and an intriguing city view. Housekeeping fantastic. Everyone was helpful and kind. AND they had an elevator! I highly recommend and will certainly return. It was such a wonderful stay! I loved pretty much everything. The only things lacking were an on-site restaurant -- but that wasn't at all necessary, because there are scads of places to eat -- and a handrail for the front stairs. But Alicia, seeing my apprehension, rushed up and helped me up and down them. (I could maneuver it easily -- I just like handrails!)

The shower It was very noisy also at night. The lobby was full with cigarette smell. There is no breakfast. We asked for a trip to Mai chau and the organization was very bad.

Great value for money! The location was superb, the hotel itself is clean (+ it has a lift!) But most importantly they have the best staff, very informative, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.. none.

Good location, next to the Church, close to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are lot of good foods around: bun oc, bun cha, bun met, banh cuon, banh goi, com, banh com, banh xu xue, ... The hotel is nice, clean. Room is comfortable. Good value

The hotel room is clean, spacious, bright ambiance. The staff is approachable, especially Phuong and Huyen, whenever we need something they always tried their best especially when I looked for cake for my friend and when I looked for white rice!! Haha. We also forgot our souvenirs gifts when we went out but they secured it for us. We are very thankful! Really! None.

nearest the different attraction and easy the staff were polite and approachable the installation of drainage of Washroom was a bit off the intire floor flooded every time you shower. The rest excellent.
