Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel

The room was very clean, comfortable. The staff pays attention to detail because everything felt fresh and organized. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing hotel

The hotel itself was clean and cozy, the location is perfect but the excellent customer care is what would make me come back again.

The room was older and more worn than it appeared in the photos, and overall the hotel did not feel like a 3-star property. The breakfast was quite limited, with few options available. We also found bugs in the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, our experience did not match our expectations.

The staff were extremely accommodating, and just a short walk from St. Joseph Church and right next to Eggyolk Café. It was also conveniently close to several restaurants. Very small elevator

It was a perfect spot to explore the city. The staff was very helpful specially twee, she was really nice and helpful!

This is in a great location in the Old Quarter near the cathedral. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was fine, but it would be nice to have more options for vegans. I stayed here because I was doing the midnight marathon, and they were helpful in letting us know that we could leave in the middle of the night and easily get back in. The rooms on the back side do not have much of a view.

Its location and accessibility to tourist spots. The wifi connection is poor, you will need to use your own mobile data for internet.

Great location beside the cathedral and easy to walk everywhere. Loved the view from our top floor balcony. Twee and all reception staff were super helpful and friendly.

Everything was fabulous

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the cathedral in the thick of it all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was fine. Basic hotel. Everything we needed.

Location is great, right by St Joseph’s and close walking distance to lake. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Good value for money. It’s a little old and dated and in need of a revamp. Room and bed was clean but walls need painting and bathrooms looking tired. Noise from the 7th floor above me was constant on my last night here so got no sleep.

The services were exceptional. The staff was very humble and helpful especially Miss Twee and the young boy named Pho.

For the first time in my life, I see a receptionist scolding the customer with a frown and depressed face because we came back at night after twelve o'clock, although it was the weekend

After trying to find and stay in 4-5 hotels in the old quarter. This hotel is the best of everything. The reception welcome us with a big smile, breakfast is quite small but OK with us. The room is cozy with a nice view. We will come back this hotel for sure.

The hotel is perfect, best location in Hanoi, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, tourist areas. The staff extremely friendly, helpful. The bed is comfy and nice. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
