Best Western Harrisburg North Hotel

For $95 it was perfect. Anymore than that I would have been extremely disappointed. A quick place to lay our heads for a few hours.

It was clean. The breakfast was ok. The coffee was terrible. I don’t know what they did wrong. The pool was clean but there is a lot of noise from the traffic on the highway. I would stay again because the price was reasonable

Both rooms were nice and clean. However, one tub had mold around the edges of it and there were no towel bars in either bathroom. In one room, an outlet was hanging out of the wall, the phone did not work and, when our toilet was clogged, I was told I had to go downstairs to retrieve the plunger myself as no one was available to help me out. The inside door frame of the other room was hanging off and we were told that no one would be available to fix it until the next day, but no one came before we checked out. We did not use the pool because it was very dirty at the bottom and the water was green instead of blue like it should have been. Be prepared to get what you pay foe here.

The hotel is very outdated. The shower door and toilet seat were broken. I’m glad we only had to stay one night. In the morning, we went down to the lobby for breakfast. The scrambled eggs were a pale yellow. The safest thing to eat was cold cereal.

Check in person was very nice, rooms were clean, great shower, breakfast was good in the morning.

We never ate any breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. The toilet seat was broken and the tub/shower drain needs major help. The drain took forever to drain and always left a residue.

The location was excellent,the bed was comfortable,the room was clean,the personal were great The pool was very cloudy and could use someone to come take care of it to get it to used by everyone that stays there. Coming from an owner of an inground pool if my pool looked like that I would be calling a pool service to help. I had the suite and the pull out couch could use a new mattress,my son said it wasn’t very comfortable. I ended up buying a full size mattress and he slept on the floor. The refrigerator should be in the living room instead of the bedroom. The outside ground could use some cleaning up & attention.

No AC in the room, reported to staff and was told it was going to be fixed, which never happened. Towers and sheet no clean, signs of yellow spots on them. Hair from previous guests on the bed and pillow. Bathroom tub was clogged. Overall, a terrible experience at this location, wouldn’t book there again.

Close to our destination Tub shower drain was slow draining/ clogged Pool seemed very cloudy (too much chemicals ?!). Decided not to try the pool

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast

Poor quality. Needs maintenance. Smell in the room was unpleasant. Air was musty. The room felt damp. Breakfast was very poor quality.

Staff was friendly, location is good Breakfast was awful. Coffee looked like muddy water. We stayed in a suite with the sofa bed. Sofa bed was broken, my son ended up sleeping on the floor. we lifted up cushions from the chair and bed there were food crumps and suspicious brown stains. Door to the bathroom did not close as well.

Breakfast Commode in bathroom not flushing, we asked to fix it, they did and after few use again had similar problem Room phone was dead, we asked front desk to fix, was never fixed TV remote was also not working well, had to press few times on button to get things moving

The price was amazing, staff was very friendly and on top of things that we needed when we got there and the toilet was broken. They immediately sent someone up to fix it. The room was huge, two rooms in one. 2 beds on one side then the living room had a pull out couch with TV and a second full bathroom. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Was a little outdated, but for the value we were fine with it.

My room door was broke ! I reserved a king room and when arrived gave me two queen with no ac and the only thing they could do was check it so I had to go to near by hotel to spend more money and I didn’t even get apology or anything resolved

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nutritious. The staff was friendly l. There was a huge wet spot in front of the sofa in the first room. We asked for a second room. We were sent to a second room that was already occupied.

Convenient. Pleasant, attentive staff. Newer decor refresh. Appreciated no hassle EV charger. A/C worked well and beds were comfortable. Good value for the price I paid compared to other options. Cleaning could have been a little more detail oriented, but overall it was ok. The critical contact areas were good; bathroom, beds, surfaces.
