Our stay wasn’t great. Not only is this room so dark and I kept finding food on the floor in our room, but they couldn’t guarantee me a pack and play when I called the day before. They told me because they’re booked up this weekend they wouldn’t know until the day of when I arrived. So had to bring my own. Then the shower in our bathroom didn’t drain at all. So when I got out of the shower a flood of water went all over the floor. I went to call the front desk but the phone in our room wasn’t working. So I went down to the front desk. They said when maintenance showed up they would fix it. They couldn’t tell me when that would be so they handed me towels. I laid towels all over the floor so I wouldn’t slip and fall. The towels became saturated so everything is all wet. Anyway they eventually fixed it at who knows what time. But they left all the soaking wet towels all over the floor where I had them. Then my husband went to get extra towels and he was told he could only get more towels if he brought down our dirty towels. When he explained that they left all these towels all over the floor, he was handed a bag to put them in. The hotel clearly expected us to mop up the floor ourselves and when I told them we wouldn’t they finally sent someone to clean it. However the manager and the staff were very rude about the whole thing and didn’t seem concerned at all that this had happened. Will not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Big 1 bedroom. Easy to find. Parking was good Book 1 bedroom and sofa bed for 3 people. Not enough bedding or towels for 3 people. My daughter went to reception to ask for additional pillows etc and the response was "if they could locate any they would call us". We never recieved the call. We made do but they knew we were a party of 3 and should have stocked it accordingly

Breakfast was very good. Phone didn't work in the room, and maintenance never showed up to check on it. Had to go down to front desk to ask for help when wifi would not connect, and they only gave me an 800 number to call. The room was nice and bed was comfortable.

For starters, about an hour after checking in, the bathroom sink in our room became clogged. I immediately requested maintenance that evening and was told no maintenance staff were available until the following morning. A few hours later, the toilet also became clogged. I went back to the front desk and was again informed that maintenance was unavailable. I even asked for a plunger so we could resolve the issue ourselves, but was told they did not have one available. As a result, my family and I were forced to use the public restroom for the remainder of our stay and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink of our suite, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. In addition to the plumbing issues, the room was not clean upon arrival. We found French fries underneath the couch, despite the fact that we did not eat fries at any point during our stay. The pull-out bed had crumbs all over the mattress, indicating it had not been properly cleaned between guests. Most concerning, my 5-year-old child found a vape underneath one of the beds. No one in our family uses vaping products, and this raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the room. Overall, our experience fell far below reasonable expectations. The lack of functioning plumbing, inability to obtain maintenance assistance, and poor cleanliness of the room significantly impacted our stay.
