Location The locks on the hotel room were broken - both of them. The base of the shower door and corners on the floor were very dirty - black.

The staff was absolutely awesome. The pool served it's purpose for my children. The bed were kind of itchy. The rugs on the floors were stained. The breakfast was i guess standard and boring. If I could add some input, there should be rotating menus daily.

The stay was good. Clean rooms and facilities, however at check in their systems were down, on a Friday afternoon Hilton thought it was a good idea to do updates and it delayed our check in. Then the staff in order to get us into our rooms , manually check this in and manually programs are key cards which was great however a key cards kept filling so we have to continuously keep going to the front desk to get our key cards programmed. Also those same key cards wouldn't open up any other doors except our room so we couldn't get into the gym or the pool or come in from side entrances or anything like that. Besides that inconvenience the breakfast was okay but it's what you would expect from a three-star

The staff was pleasant The system was down for hours so checking in was a hassle and annoying. I just finished driving 3 hours and juts wanted to relax

Location Shower needs updating

Loved the indoor pool and breakfast. The bed was amazing and handicap shower was super useful for my husband. The carpet was really disgusting and the furniture and decor in the room are dated and not plannef

Parking is available. Breakfast was good. I’d recommend adding something for healthy/vegetarian food. The property is new and well maintained. I’d recommend making the digital key for the rooms. The pool is good but the chlorine smell is very tense.

Booked a king bed room. It was Room 106. It was huge suite with mini kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Nice breakfast too

Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and felt at home. HUGE SPACIOUS area for breakfast!! Even though my ac in the room sounded like it had a book with pages ruffling in it all week I didn’t care because the hotel was nice! And also, speaking of breakfast - the gentleman that ran the breakfast area during the week?? ABSOLUTE LEGEND! I’ve never seen someone more attentive and caring - I would stay here again just for his attention to detail and expertise! 10/10

Breakfast staff were accommodating. Food was hot in the server. Dirt on the rugs in the elevator and our third floor hallway. Our room was on the side of the highway and it was noisy all night.

Room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows was comfortable also
