Inn of The Dove Harrisburg-Hershey Romantic Suites

I liked that it’s a nice place to spend it as a couple. I didn’t like the room they gave me, it had a bad smell.

There were ticks, I couldn't sleep because the ones upstairs made too much noise, there were like 4 people in that room

It is not what I expected. The linen for the bed were horrible. When I arrived the reception was closed, I had travel about 4 hours and the staff that saw me throught the camera told me to come back the next day, he was very rude, I even explained him that I drove for over 4 hours and his answer was the same, come back tomorrow. I did not liked it at all.

Private quiet great facility Could use better landscaping, better paint in the rooms and get rid of the carpet in the rooms

Nice size of room and the mirrors were nice, AC worked well. I booked this hotel for the price of the room with a Jacuzzi tub. There was no hot water to make use of the bath, the water was cool, under room tempt cool, and the shower didn't work, both dials kept spinning with no water coming out. The TV only had very few channels unlike some other hotels with streaming apps to log into or an entire tv guide to look through. I'm not sure I'll be booking again for fear my birthday trip and money feels wasted

The customer service and location grounds are well kept. That the pool was inside the other complex.

We really were impressed with how large our suite was. It smelled good in the room. The whirlpool tub filled up fast and was very accommodating for two people. The location was amazing. The privacy of our suite was a plus!!! We will definitely be back!!! Unfortunately, in the double headed showers it was very hard to get the water temperature correct. It was either too cold or too hot. The shower handles just spun and spun. If the TV was on a swivel mount it would have been nice.
