We honestly didn’t like the property. It was run down and in a rougher area of town. We booked and paid for nights and left after one night. It was loud and smelled like the fish and chip shop beside it.

Brilliant location for the centre of Harrogate. Close proximity to the conference centre, restaurants and shops. Free parking outside the property was a bonus. The host made contact before and during our stay. Everything was fine. There are 3 flights of stairs, ok for us, but could be difficult.

The flats were comfortable and access very well organised. Only one bedside lamp in flat 1 double room which did not seem to work. I am sure owners will check this since flats were clean comfortable and well maintained.

It was comfortable, close to the town centre, comfy beds Lounge blind broken at the top, plug cover in single bedroom loose. Couldn’t work out how to get the rings on the cooker working to boil some eggs!!
