Marilyn the host was fantastic, location perfect for Harrogate centre,house was lovely and homely, very clean and exceptionally quiet . Although ideal for us, as an older property it is decorated more in that style, so if you like everything to look modern it probably is not for you, but we like a lot before us think it’s perfect.

Breakfast was plentiful, a wide variety & freshly cooked . On street parking but that's acceptable considering the location & we were issued with free parking passes.

A great host in a perfect location for easy access to Harrogate by foot. Parking wasn’t guaranteed as a permit is needed. Our host gave us very good instructions and had permits ready but might be tricky if no spaces. We experienced no problems ourselves.

Breakfast was superb, full English breakfast brilliant but also lits of choice Difficult to say. As a guest house clearly not full of facilities but very homely decor and very clean. Host very keen to ensure that everything that could be done to look after their guests.
