The location is ideal. Ten minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate. There is on-site parking. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Staff were friendly. The room was ideal. The shower was over the bath. Would have preferred a walk in shower or shower cubicle.

Easy access to Harrogate, 10 mins walk. Room small but adequate and had a very comfortable firm bed. Excellent tasty breakfast. Friendly staff with easy optional online check in / out system. Parking available although it's a small space and tight parking if you've a larger vehicle. EV charging available behind the hotel at the civic centre.

Good location 5 minutes walk into town. Breakfast wasn't included it was an option, which we liked we ate in town. Hotel and facilities were very good for the price. We would stay again. We didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Hotel was ideally situated for our stay. A five to ten minute walk gets you to a huge choice of restaurants and it is a few minutes more to the heart of Harrogate. Ascot House has an extensive breakfast menu and your choice, when promptly served to you, will not disappoint in either flavour or quantity. Every member of staff we spoke to was polite, courteous and gave excellent customer service. The car park is small and has a layout suited to smaller vehicles than we have on the road now. There were two empty bays when we arrived but neither was accessible. Access to the car park is also challenging, take care entering or leaving the car park from the rear if your car has a low ground clearance!

Great staff, very welcoming. Lovely room single room with very comfy bed, clean bathroom with shower. Kettle and drink making facilities. Lovely quiet location with parking. 5 minute walk to town and conference centre.
