Room was very clean, quiet and bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was poor especially when charged £50 for two. Had a little complaint and was told to expect a full refund, £43 was refunded. So will only use the room if we decide to go back

Location excellent…friendly staff, Our room was depressing…we didn’t like it at all..l opened the curtains and there was a brick wall ..Shocking.. Our evening meal was below average and breakfasts start late at 8.00 a.m..l had breakfast in the room which was poor!

The location was good. Bar area good, staff were good Radiator was on in the room, paint wasn’t great in the bathroom , plaster uneven. Was told different things about parking.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The staff were very helpful. The room was uncomfortably hot and although we were provided a fan it made it very hard to sleep.
