Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hawaiian Gardens by IHG

I asked them to refresh the room and refill the towels. The cleaning lady asked me to ask the front desk. So I did but it did happen. Breakfast was bland. Pancake machine made the smallest pancakes.

No jacuzzi was a disappointment after a long drive there, but staff explained that express Holiday Inn’s don’t have to have one. Check out was easy!

Air conditioning was excellent, and the thermostat was very easy to use. A/C was ice cold!

The breakfast was fantastic!

My room was not cleaned - the bed was remade with the same dirty sheets, the bathroom was not cleaned as evidenced by sand left in the shower pan and on the glass door. the pool was dirty and unusable. The room walls were so thin that you could hear every one’s conversations in their rooms and in the halls. The mini fridge made a terrible high-pitched whining sound and kept us awake off and on. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Very clean property in a quiet area. Rooms and overall facility were modern and updated. Although I was not staying for this purpose, the property is close to theme parks and other attractions. There were numerous dining options nearby.

Don’t charge for parking!!! Biggest reason why I won’t stay there again. Should be included in my stay!!

Everything was clean and the place was well maintained. Breakfast was decent.

What stood out to me was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great visit. And rooms were neat and good size.

We spent one night at this establishment and found it to be remarkably peaceful given its location near a busy thoroughfare. The facility was clean, and the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. Our room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and pillows. The continental breakfast was surprisingly satisfying. The availability of a coffee and tea machine around the clock was a welcome convenience. The outdoor pool, although compact, met our children's needs.

It’s soooo nice! 😊 loved it, Beautiful clean room. Upgraded amenities. Great breakfast! They actually had real eggs and protein! Not just all carbs like most hotels with free breakfast. The walls were a bit thin because I could hear people next door, but noise stopped at a decent time. 5 stars! 🌟

It’s clean and safe The only thing that I can say is there needs to be a person at the front desk at all times-

Rooms and Facilities were clean. Early check in was asked for and was asked to be called when ready and never got a call. Tv and remote has some strange problems. It worked part of the time. Housekeeping was friendly and nice. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
