The rooms do not like the picture. It is an older property and it seemed like housekeeping leaves the trash from the rooms in the bins located on the stairs. They were overflowing and did not get emptied at night. I noticed long hair on the room floor. I would definitely not recommend and will not stay there again.

The staff was courteous and the beds were very comfortable in my opinion. My room was on the 3rd and the only option was to take the stairs. I didn't mind climbing stairs but it was a bit much for my older in age mother. I should have researched a bit more before booking.

The hotel’s location was convenient I have zero tolerance for disrespectful treatment of guests. Hospitality employees should be trained to communicate professionally, respectfully, and with cultural awareness when assisting customers. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during my stay
