Large room, excellent air conditioning. Also a very good breakfast

Breakfast and dinner were good. The rooms are large. Rooms not ready at checkin as guest befiore had a late checkout. Unfriendly lady at the reception. Pool max 1,35 deep. Terrasse full ob beas. Room with river view showed stairs… later we got another room. 100 euros not booked as guarantee but booked from acount. At checkout needed to pay full bill including dog and parking to get later already paid money back. One room refinded after an hour. Second room and extras not yet refunded after 48 hours.

No AC in room, very poor front desk service except for lady in training at check in and her manager.

Dinner in the hotel restaurant was not cheap (EUR 24 for a burger) but sadly the quality of the burger was really poor. Bathroom and took dated too.

We have written to Marriott about the problems at this hotel , the worst of which was no air con was available even though it was and still is, advertised as being provided and they are aware it does not work throughout the hotel which is quite badly in need of a refurb

The staff. The ferry is a very nice way to get downtown. The location is a little far, but you can’t do much about that. :)
