It's not necessarily bad but when I needed someone there was no one at the desk

The staff was exeptional professional and polite.

Really nice staff and perfect location. You are basically in the heart of the city. Be aware that the parking garage is not suitable for larger cars The Toilet Flush was broken and needs to be fixed. Easy fix though.

Accessible to sightseeing The room was a good size The room safe was not fastened to anything nor did it work. I reported it to the front desk and nothing was down about it. The room was not air-conditioned They provided a portable air conditioner, which produced more heat than it produced cool air. The room was stifling. We would have used the windows, but they went out onto a courtyard with stairs and ladder access so we were afraid to leave the windows open at all. Half the time the reception desk was manned by somebody who didn’t speak English

A very cute boutique hotel with some beautiful and old architectural elements. The attendant at the front was really helpful and kind as well! It is in a great location and conveniently located to the altstadt and so many landmarks as well as food and shopping. The parking situation was a little tricky. It is in a separate parking garage across the street with limited spots for hotel guests. Luckily I was there during a holiday and was able to use a different spot and the front desk attendant was helpful and accommodating.

Close vicinity to city Had amenity box that was empty when asked they stated will fix the problem but was not remedied.

Location is great, staff are accommodating When I arrived, there were no pillowcases on the pillows and no towels in the bathroom. The staff rectified this when I called them, but these are basics that I expect in a hotel. There was also make-up on the bathroom counter from a previous guest. Then the water pressure was terrible, nearly completely stopping after 3-5 min of showering. The wi-fi was spotty at best.

It was conveniently located to public transportation and all of the major attractions. Also, there were a ton of stores and food right near the hotel. The staff was great. The elevator was not working. They did offer to bring your luggage up and down the stairs. But walking up 4 flights of stairs got a bit old. Also, there is no air conditioning. They did have a fan but it was a bit stuff in the room. There is no refrigerator in the room. Although, there is a place for one but there was not one there. And the shower in the bathroom is extremely small. It feels like a 4x4 box. If you have any mobility issues, this would definitely be a problem.

The room is gorgeous in an amazing location right next to the main Old City and Public transportation stop at Bismarckplatz. The bathroom was second to none with a full tub and full shower and big vaulted ceilings. If it’s hot outside you need to know that this hotel has NO Air Conditioning, which wasn’t advertised and we showed up during a record heatwave. Be careful, it became dangerously hot in the room.

The hotel is very well located The rooms are good The price is reasonable The late check in was a disaster. We were a group with 5 reservations all made via booking. The booking reference codes did not work. By name some did some did not. We called the emergency line and they told us that we should try different spellings. Exactly how to put it was not in the communication sent to us. Then you have to enter the credit card into an ATM type machine. This machine only accepted maybe 30% of the cards with no apparent pattern what worked and what not. It was a nightmare to get to the point that everybody had his room key. After a few calls and by far not all issues resolved the emergency line just stopped answering. At this point 3 out of 5 check ins had worked. We had to have some assisting the others with their credit cards otherwise 2 would have been without a room and the emergency line not answering - That is just unacceptable.

Great central location, excellant middle eastern restaurant right next door. Helpful staff. Housekeeping would take the wet towels left on the floor but forget to replace, Reception assisted in replacing.

There is no fridge in the room. We asked put our vacum cheese which we bought it in France to their fridge at reception and they told us you can get it after check out however check out day our artisan chesee was missing in the fridge under reception counter. Another receptionist did not help us to find it. Just keep saying there is no cheese here and I don’t know. The fridge was empthy. We were shocked. So we paid 60 EUR for cheese as gift and hotel did not take any responsibility and no apology. We left hotel with questions in our mind.
