Nice dining room, nice room Ran out of breakfast milk and potato’s?, upstairs very loud, doors slam very loud?

Only complaint is that the curtains on the windows don't block all the bright light from the building spotlights.

The hot tub and pool worked correctly Still to expensive for something so simple. And one of our pillows had huge stains on it.... so that was gross.

The whole experience was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were super friendly, and the hotel was close to alot of stores and restaurants. Overall, a great choice if you're visiting the area. I was especially blown away with the staff. I was a bit clumsy and spilled something while eating my breakfast. The staff rushed in immediately and cleaned up the mess without making a fuss about it. I would give them an 11/10 if I could. My only reservation was how hard it was to find a luggage cart. I had to take a couple trips to bring my things out to the car. If they had more carts, that'd be perfect.

It was what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express — a clean, friendly and affordable place to stay.

The breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff was very friendly and kind. The food was good and there were a lot of options. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at check in and check out were not friendly or helpful. The pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable we could not use it and we paid extra for a suite with a pull out bed. The room was expensive and not worth the money.

Room was nice and clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was nice! Tv worked well, with lots of channels. My only complaint is the wifi there was utterly useless I had to hotpot my phone to load anything. I guess upside the cell service there is good especially for T mobile and Verizon

Clean. New. No muss. No fuss

When calling to ask questions about room setup, as my mom of 87 years was traveling with me, I was asked very inappropriate questions and was encouraged to stay somewhere else instead. Upon check-in I was handed a bill for upfront charges which had someone else's name, contact info and partial credit card number. The bathroom floor had hair and needed cleaning. Was told we would have to leave the room if someone was going to clean it for us. We checked in late and we were in our pajamas already. We were given cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. Went to get into bed shortly following and found 10-15 long wavy black hairs between the sheets. Only one person was working at the front desk and he didn't seem to keen on changing the sheets, so we ended up changing them ourselves. Upon checkout I was charged more than what was arranged through booking.com. I have traveled around the US and into over 17 counties and I have never had such an experience; being charged so much for such unclean accommodations and having to clean things ourselves. Tried to make contact with management to tell them about everything that had happened, several times during our stay and for about a week following with no response from management.
