We did not use the free washer and dryer but what a nice bonus. Our room was super clean and had everything we could possibly need. This will be our hotel whenever we are in Helena, MT.

The only think we have to complain about is we picked the one weekend this year the pool was under maintenance

It was what we had expected. Nice and clean.

Loved the facility! Love the room size, loved the breakfast options! Price, bathroom vanity size was small
-
I liked the salt water pool. The bed was not very comfortable.

Great staff and accommodations. Grateful for pull out in the suite Smidge pricey, but well worth it.

Staff is friendly. Family friendly

The property was kept and clean. The shower was hot and lots of pressure. The staff were gracious, accommodating and friendly for us and our fur babies. The door we used needed a pressure wash on the concrete for it looked like something was spilled and not cleaned. The pillows were like flat pancakes and I was surprised I woke up with stiff back for to not so comfortable mattresses. The bath mats could be bigger. The coffee pot could be better like a normal one at home such as a brewer with 10-12 cup capacity. I was surprised also at 3pm check-in time we had to wait even longer to check in because we were told the beds were being made. The front room TV needed to be changed it had a purple color hue and the remote was horrible. We ended up using the bedroom tv all day to watch because tv was in good condition.

Friendly staff and clean

Room was very clean except the couch was stained. I travel with my dog so understand other travelers do, as well. If furniture is noticeably stained, it should be cleaned or replaced. I didn't sit on it. The dog area was nice grass and decent size. However, at 6:30am the next morning we were in the middle of the area and the sprinklers started. We got out of the area quickly but still got pretty wet. I told the girl at the desk about it. I also suggested they either post a sign about the sprinkler time or set them to run in the middle of the night. First Home2 stay where I was disappointed.

We may have been in a pet friendly room even though we didn’t have a pet with us. There were a couple of dirty spots on the carpet and a spot on the sofa. Otherwise the room was clean and had great amenities for an extended stay. We used the back entrance as it was closer to our room and unfortunately someone had recently spilled a sticky liquid just outside the door that was hard to avoid. It was still there 2 days later. Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. Our stay just happened to coincide with the fair so that might explain why hotel room prices were so high in Helena.

The hotel cleaning was excellent
-
Only thing I had trouble with was the noise. Kids running in the hallways after 10 pm yelling and laughing. And whoever was above us sounded like Bigfoot.
-
Close to destination Walls are thin. Could hear our neighbors until late into the night and up early the next morning. Breakfast foods were low quality.
-
Beds not comfortable, pillows need to be replaced flat as a pancake. Great breakfast
-
Property needs to be updated. Bedroom looked and felt like grandma’s house.
