Comfort Inn Herndon - Reston

I stay here because it's affordable and I like the breakfast which is generally pretty good. However, they really need to do a better job maintaining the rooms and inspecting them at least every couple of days. A number of items coming off the wall, a lot of rust in the bathroom and mold on the ceiling where they attempted drywall repairs. Refrigerator was completely inoperable and had to be replaced seems like they should have known that. Remote control was broken. None of these are the biggest deal in the world because the beds are comfortable cleanliness can be improved for sure. I'd stay here again but I really think they just need to do a better job and I told them that. Hopefully they listen.

There was a pee stain on the toilet when we arrived

I could smell smoke in the hallways around my room area entrance.

The front desk service was just okay. The tub knob was broken and few minor cleaning issues.

Hotel is in a good location relative to the city. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Hotel cold use a modest upgrade to improve the grounds and aging condition of the hotel.

Yes, they changed me very high for dirty towels. 10 times the price of an old towel. Terrible customer service.

No problem with this hotel at all, very nice staff, breakfast served on time with a great selection of food and plenty served hot, pleasant stay with Comfort Inn.

Always a great stay here. Conveniently located on the main strip with shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room, decent breakfast and staff is always friendly & helpful when needed. The laundry room was not up to par. They did not have change onsite, so I had to go out to find quarters. The dryer took 3 rounds and still did not dry clothes, however the front desk allowed me to use the in house dryer for the inconvenience.

Not much. Didn’t try breakfast. Building smells like mold as does room and hallways. Check in person had the worst halitosis and it was hard to stand close to the credit card machine. Never would go back to the place even for the cheap proce

The ac was cold The guests stayed on Lobby late and were LOUd

Breakfast had stale white bread with moulds in it. When I did show the same to the hotel staff they just like threw JUST the bread slices without any concern about the rest of the loaf which ideally should have been trashed too. This was disheartening.

Price close to restaurants breakfast was very good Reserved. A king room was small er than some king rooms in other places I've stayed
