Porto Greco Village Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

The room had a nice sea view. The location is quite happening if you like it that way. Not very difficult to reach from the Herakleon airport, particularly if you have a rental car. Reception desk provided incomplete information about ala-carte dining @ black pepper restaurant that caused some inconvenience to us. Air conditioning did not work in one room & hence our kid had to squeeze in in one bed with us. No fan was provided despite our request. Bathrooms was too small & without regular toiletries. Customer Service manager was strange. She was blank faced & casual not showing any concern or regret from her end. The hotel draws guest with “all inclusive deal” which is not that great as it sounds. There is enough food but the taste is not good except for the fresh salads and yogurt. The drinks are also just okay served in plastic cups. You need to pay 15€ to sit on the shacks by the small beach that is supposedly under the supervision of the hotel.

I enjoyed the breakfast, lunches and dinners. Food was always available with minimal wait time. Fresh fruits, salads, eggs, pancakes, I was super happy starting the day right. Lots of fish, chicken, beef and vegetarian options. We came for a family reunion and had an unforgettable stay. The staff especially at the reception desk were super friendly and helpful. The all inclusive food and beverage was great for us travelling with small kids and the need for occasional beers/cocktails. The area felt super safe, family friendly, and relaxing, right on the coast. Would highly recommend Porto Greco to anyone who asks! The food signs could be a little clearer especially with products that might have beef mixed with pork, the people taking the plates were a little too fast at times, the coffee machine could use an upgrade with fresh coffee/milk quality. Mosquitos were a bit annoying, be prepared with bug spray and don't leave your door open too long. Some of the rooms are a bit close to the nightclub so make sure that you request in advance a room that is quiet at night.

This is the second year we have chosen this hotel for our holidays for many reasons. And AGAIN, everything was just PERFECT. The high-quality of the rooms, the cleanliness of the rooms, the top quality of the food belongs to a 5 stars hotel!! The restaurant has a relaxing sea view, and if you are hungry or thirsty you will always get free food and drinks in different bars or restaurants of the hotel at any time of the day with the amazing all-inclusive formula without getting stressed out on your holidays! and most of all..the KINDNESS OF THE STAFF. They are so sweet and polite, they look after you in every moment of the day!I am pregnant and the staff (Maria in particular, the manager) and also other 2 lovely girls (Eleni and Olga) they were just AMAZING, taking very special care of me. We will definitely come back every year for our holidays to this amazing hotel!! Thank you to all the staff of Porto Greco Village to make our holidays just FANTASTIC!!

Every possible way it was great - the staffs and the management every one made all their effort to make each of the guests happy and comfortable !! The all inclusive generous deal is absolutely fantastic - we had a room ( in fact 2 rooms for 3 ) overseeing the sea and we enjoyed our vacation the fullest 1) bathrooms do not have shower curtains - so it gets wet ( negligible problem - every time we came back it was dry and was cleaned by the cpurtepus room service personel) 2) mosquitos

Our sea view room was very beautiful with a great view. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were great. You also have access to a beautiful beach club which gives the luxury touch to the stay although cleaned daily to a good standard there were many mosquitos in the room. bring insect repellent! facilities are not modern e.g. gym

Location, food, staff We had a family room , with a baby and a buggy. We had to go up and down the stairs all the time or go through the restaurant which was annoying to us and the staff as well.

Our suite was lovely Not family friendly, not enough facilities for the number of guests. Variety of problems that weren’t solved
