Food, location. Very dirty swimming pools and that they close them at 18.00 (to early). They had wrong info on Booking about payment methods.

good location for what we wanted . the food -we are not fussy and will try anything but every meal was cold when reported the next evening meal was warmer but the morning after was back to cold breakfast

Good location and great views. New mattress and pillow. There is definitely an issue with restaurant capacity. I have never seen such a huge queues everywhere. The staff is not pleasant. The quality of food and drinks is low. There is lack of plates in the restaurant and even clean ones do not look nice and clean. Looots of plastic glasses :(

pools for kids, beach good for kids snorcheling, tobogans, slides etc., playground especially food, which was poor quality and choice and the eatery (cannot call it restaurant) was almost always packed full and often we had to wait for a table. Also it was a long way from our room. Pools opened at 11 am, which is late and closed at 6 pm, which was too early We had a room, which had seen better days, it was a 90s experience.

Nice experience, the employees were great, however more employees were needed to deal with the amount of people visiting the hotel. The food was great, however there were issues with cleaning and neatness. Cleaning and neatness should be improved.

Really liked pools with salty water, also lots of pools for young kids, shady and chilling places around pools, hotel is very clean, room cleaning service was brilliant. Food was delicious and lots of dishes with authentic Greek cuisine. There no recycling bins in hotel and all plastic cups are going to general waste. Also please se paper cups instead plastic - they are such huge thread for environment and see fauna.

location, restaurant waitress , they clean and do their job fast, amount of food, 3 playgrounds, 3 pools and 1 water tube, nice and clean area. thats all be informed that, dinner, lunch and breakfast are NOT in sunbay building, even reception is NOT independent, you will use a Eri restaurant and reception. so, all guests from both buildings are staying in one restaurant, what cause u a lot of ppl, very long queue and not free tables. Room service is awful. our room was NOT cleaned before arrival and during stay. bed lines are not changed at all, during ALL 9 days. we found hair in bath. water was not going out. towels are not changed all the time, they pick up old, and put them on the corner , pretend as new/clean. Were booked a room with one large bed, but we (3 ppls: mol, dad and boy) had 3 beds. Under beds a lot dust, dirty and previous guests toys. Glass in wc and room are not cleaned at all. dirty curtains — looks like someone wipe a blood from their nose, floor was not cleaned. room service was ~14;00. so, if your baby is sleeping, ur room will be dirty all the time. public toilet near pool is awful. taxi from airport if using hotel is 45 €, if using booking — 35 €.

the pools where really good and the property has a lot of potential you are NOT staying at the Sunbay, but the eri village which serves the same cold food day in day out, and is very chaotic as the two hotels are together. all inclusive is not worth it, you can have 2 drinks at a time 10-22 in 250ml plastic cups and destroy the ocean as you get new each time, water, beer, Fanta +30/40 cups per guest a day!!!! in addiction it’s q the whole way. crap afternoon snack bar, and not readily available ice cream for kids or adults disco is the only real kids entertainment 21-21-15 which is held in the beach bar which is not included in your all inclusive. so much potential and would be great bnb or self catering. but I don’t feel we got value for money with all inclusive

Good food! Excellent pools salt and sweet water! Wave breakers in the sea was really nice becoming to be a sea pool. Location close to everything. Cleaning in the room see picture it's after cleaning. Attitude of some staff! Beware there is rooms in 3 floor with out elevator our group had 2 with problems to climb stairs Lucky the Hotel was not fully booked so second day we get ground floor room. They try to charge us 50€ each room hotel tax in the end they didn't charge us after I show screen shot from booking. The hotel doesn't have any lobby so if you come with bus it's stop 23 taxi/shuttle say eri Beach hotel they have shared lobby. Our driver had problems.

The water attractions, the access to the beach, all great for families with children, room was clean and cleaned every day. The ladies who took care of the cleanness of the facility were very nice, they had the the most professional attitude of all the hotel staff. The way restaurant was organized, the presentation of the food was often bad, it lacks list of the ingredients (as some people have allergies or have some type of diets), often there was impossible to find clean forks and knives, there were very dirty plates and cups, it was disgusting to find marks of food on almost every “washed” plate. There were many clients who were taking the food using their bare hands which is extremely unhygienic and there was no one to say anything. The hotel is huge and have huge potential, it’s sad to see it’s not used.

Location was good, close to Chersonissos centre. It was quite quiet any way. Service of the bartender close to the swimming pool was excellent, he was very helpful and nice. Sweet water in the swimming pool was a good thing as well. We could use Eri Beach's pools, slides and beach, which was nice. There was a good variety of food, so it was something good for everyone.Air condition in the room was working and very nice after all the heat outside. After arrival, we went to reception of the hotel, but there was nobody and no information that we should go to Eri Beach's reception to do the check-in, we were worry a bit that we were cheated. Fortunately our intuition led us to Eri Beach, as a few employees shown us the way to reception of SunBay. We got quite nice rooms with sea view, a bit old furniture on balcony though. Room service at the beggining just left us with sheets, to make beds ourselves, not even swipe the floor from the sand. From the middle of our stay the service has improved, so on the last day before the departure we even got nice bowties made from sheets on our beds, which was nice. Restaurant was closed during all the stay, which was very annoying, as we had to go to Eri Beach's restaurant all the time (200-300 m away). I chosen this hotel because it looked small, I don't like big and crowdy places. The restaurant in Eri Beach was always crowdy, queues everywhere, there were no forks, knives, spoons, it was hard to find a clean table. Coffee machines were not working during lunches and dinners, it was very annoying as well, because people wanted to drink coffee or tea, herbal tea after a meal. During our stay service has improved a little bit in the restaurant. Swimming pool in SunBay was nice, but sunbeds- not comfy(hard and wooden, no mattresses), umbrellas were made for short people, we hit our head everytime we were trying to get up from sunbeds. The same was with sunbeds in Eri Beach swimming pools and beach. Pool bar tender was very nice, so at least here service was really great. No cocktails in all Inc option, but beer, wine, rakija, brandy and ouzo. There is still room for improvement, so let's hope hotel management will listen and make changes, so people will feel really good in your hotel.

Apologize for not having ANY porter service when the actual distance between reception and room is >60 m!! 3. Apologize for (wrongly again!!) closing the (only) egg cooking service in front of our faces when we where already in the queue waiting!! 4. Apologize for not having ANY cutlery at the buffet 15 mins BEFORE CLOSURE 5. Apologize in Greek when asking (wrongly - how frequent…) that we had to pay for the already paid booking 6. Apologize for the telephone system been “down and not working” on at least three (3!) consecutive days even for emergencies 7. The internet/wifi connection in the common areas (no wifi in the rooms or corridors) had no places to sit (!) and no electricity plugs..
