I had a wonderful stay at Cosmeen Lifestyle Boutique Stay in Hersonissos. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. Everything feels fresh and new, and the whole place has a warm and welcoming vibe. The location is excellent - close to everything but still peaceful. What really made the difference was the staff - Maria and the team went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I had to extend my stay due to flight cancellations, and their kindness and support meant a lot to me. The food was excellent – breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and the lunch options I tried were just as good. The cocktails were also great, and everything was served in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended! Nothing at all.

The property is super modern and comfortable. The outdoor pool area was great and offered a great space for relaxation. The service we received was also a 10/10. We would definitely recommend this stay!

Great location with comfortable beds and huge showers. The in roof coffee, tea, water, and biscuits, the welcome drinks, and large continental breakfast were most welcomed. The cozy pool and comfortable lounge beds added to the property ambience. We had to leave early and Maria, along with service staff, made sure we had a breakfast box to go.I cannot say enough about Maria. She was most accommodating and helpful. We have tried other properties on past trips, but this one wins. Cosmeen will certainly be our go to spot in Hersonissos from now on. The internet was spotty at times. The property is quite automated. Be aware that checkout time is 1100 and your access ends at 1100. We were a little late with our breakfast (we were too busy chatting) but Maria was more than willing to extend our time.

the staff members were super friendly and helped us all the time with a smile. the location was great and we had everything we needed in a few minuets walk. the hotel is brand new the bathroom and toilet didn't have ventilation in them, so the room could get bad smell

Exceptional

The whole hotel is new, beautiful and clean. It has beautiful little area in back with a pool and a bar, that felt super nice and comfortable. Rooms are also beautiful, cleaned up each time during breakfast, so we came back to a nice clean room. Breakfast baskets were also great, the option to pick was very nice - the only thing I would maybe add to the app is a possibility to remove items from my breakfast basket as I was simply not able to eat it all and was sad to waste all that food. The rooms service and app option of ordering food/drinks to the room was fast and worked great! One of the best things that made our stay as best as possible was however the staff - everyone was super kind, nice, constantly asking if there is everything all right and helping us with whatever we needed. I definitely super appreciate them, as they made us feel like home! Unfortunately there was a thing - we payed for a better room with a jacuzzi and would expect the whole room have a bit more silence and privacy - unfortunately we were in a room 01 which is the first room next to the entrance - that is exactly across a very busy and popular taverna. You can hear the noise through the door, when the main entrance is opened. Fortunately staff tried to help and after our feedback, they were doing their best to keep the main entrance closed after certain time. The room however is also right opposite to the staircase to the upper levels and rooms of the hotel - and even when there is a sign for guests to keep quiet, they often do not notice or forget - and again, you can hear everything. So I was definitely missing some soundproofing of this specific room, especially for it's price.

Modern, small set up, very clean, luxurious feeling and very friendly staff Even though you walk straight to the boulevard of Chersonissos, most places do not share the luxurious look and feel of the hotel. Then you need to drive to places like old Chersonissos, Koutouloufari or Agios Nicolaios. We often did that during the day or for dinner.

Our stay at Cosmeen was great. The room was very well equipped and the space was enough. We really appreciated breakfast in our room. The food‘s quality was very good. Breakfast and Restaurant. The staff was really professional and very welcoming. Departure

The hotel was brand new and the staff was really nice. Even though they had two options in the breakfast, they let us mix-and-match to create our own breakfast menu. In the room the AC was more than adequate and I liked the overall design of the room and the bathroom. They had a nice pool area where you can chill or have breakfast. Only negative side is the place of the hotel, which is NOT the hotel's fault :) Hersonissos is a bit far away from the nice touristic parts of the Crete, therefore if you'd like to stay here I'd say definitely rent a car and be ready to drive 4-5 hours a day.

The stuff was really friendly and helpful, they always wanted to make sure the everything is ok and they did it in the kindest way and always with a smile. Was really a pleasure to talk with them! The room was very clean and tidy, the hotel itself is new, modern and beautiful. The breakfast was really good and tasty but it was the same everyday and could be a bit more diversed

Lovely hotel, really clean comfortable rooms friendly and happy staff and cleaners. Cocktails lovely. Perfect location. The breakfast was nice but not a lot of options so become a little boring after a few days but still over all nice.

The hotel is brand new and very comfortable. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The pool is very nice and clean and the perfect place to relax after a day of visiting. It was quite loud outside of the hotel due to numerous restaurant and bar down the road. People got rowdy after 12am. I would recommend to pick a room with pool view vs room with mountain view.
