Good hotel for family stay. Little bit old fashioned but very clean. Stuff super friendly especially Giorgi who is responsible for meals❤️. He helped us every time with my son’s diet. He is really a super guy. Beware of this gold man! Food is good and diverse everyone can find something to eat. You need taxi to go to beach but pool in hotel is good. As for value it’s very good and on season fully booked. Once we will return there❣️ Distance from Beach and steps to the room

clean nice wue. the Air conditioner is poor, only one level have a lift , the food is qwestionable quality, it is planty, but the taste is not to great. example the bacon is served cold , the pastas is cold, the plates ,silver ware is dirthy , spoty . all the glass is spoty too , like 100 years old and never cleaned. the fruits not fresh , freezer burnt and stored together with other products . the watermelon tasted onions the coffe is like nescoffe . all the other drinks is tasted like sulfur and luke warm . just not good at all. and on top of all this, one guy whoom stands around like a wach dog in the door ways shake hands with the peoples, then goes and with hies dirthy hands organize the plates ,grabs them , pulls them a part , then moves food around. just not sanetary at all. he is friendly ,but should not touch handle the food, plates, with dirthy hands . after seeing all this my family stopped eating there and we eat out. . oh the bred was not sliced so all the guest grabbed the brad with thay bare hand and sliced it one after an other!!!. pfuj what a discgousting site. this kitchen is just not clean and not well meaneged. the all inclusive is not worth a penny. the beer was luke warm drinks the same way not cold . just not worth it. better not to eat there at all. im not pickie at all, but i like to have cold and good tasting drinks, tastie well cooked food, hot food , and cold beer. awith clean silver and glases. fresh fruits not well stored and freezer smelling one ..good food for some one whoom.have not eten for weeks but garbige for some one on vacation. . donot chose all in lusive and if you like to go up 8 stories on the steir ways go for it. not going back for sure not recomending at all for food.

This is all inclusive hotel for price what you can pay for one dinner. So there has to be correct expectations, as they need to manage costs. So if you are looking for luxury - not right place. With right expectations this is good place to stay. Staff all over place is really nice and helpful - especially reception, bar and cleaning lady. Food is kind of repetitive, but there are twists every day. And once you understand what you want, it works. Reasonable choices for breakfast as well, Room where I stayed had wonderful sea view and was very spacious. However it also came with quite steep climb up the stairs. Got used to it fast, but if it is problematic - ask for lower floor rooms. Dinner place was quite crowded at peak times. Tip - go either when it opens or in last 30 minutes or so. Also there were issues with refilling - not fast enough or also with drink taps couple of days. No free internet in rooms, however it is clearly stated in description. Still seems strange at this time

Terrible. The worst all inclusive we have been on. There is a very minimal amount of alcoholic drinks (with having to pay extra for the rest), they are constantly waiting for tips. 4 stars it is definitely not, max 2. The service is very unpleasant and arrogant. Food of average quality. No additional attractions that can be found in other hotels. A waste of money and time. In addition, despite the water dispenser in the kitchen they pour tap water for drinking which I saw with my own eyes. A definite 1/10

The rooms we had were perfect size, great view of the sea and not too far from the main area. The staff were fantastic, helped us out with everything we needed. The food was good but the variety wasn't amazing. Pool was a good size and had plenty of sunbeds. Some rooms have awful locations and some have a fair distance to the pool area. The variety of food wasn't great, but tasted good. One thing to note is that the closest accessible beach is Stalida Beach only a very short taxi ride away

The stuff here is AMAZING, on the reception everyone was willing to help with ANY issues. The room itself is clean and modest). Food is very nice. The hotel is located on the hill, so walking on foot is like fitness, but if you rent a car(it's possible to do straight in the hotel and the process itself is super easy and fast) then it's much easier . Getting to the beach ?️: beach is 1.5 km away, walking on the sun is exhausting, but you can get to the beach by bus (3 min ride).

Nice location, food was okay. Nice view to the ocean from the balcony. The room definitely needs renovation. Staff were rude and unpatient a couple of times. I think it was overpriced for the services we received.

  • Engine customer Jul 2024

Service from front desk amazing also and all the staff were so chatty and personable. Pool is really clean and they afford plenty sun beds! such an amazing idea with all inclusive deal! The food is also delicious! Honestly couldn’t fault the experience. Would 100% recommend Nothing

    - ?all inclusive? : horrible quality soft drinks. does not include cocktails. - bathroom STUNK dirty plates - no lift to higher floors - had to climb a mountain to get to room - room got very hot INCLUDING fridge which turned off during the day

  • Engine customer Jul 2024

    Drinks could have been better.

The staff at the reception is very friendly and informative. The hotels offers a swimming pool, a tennis court and a ping pong. The food at the main restaurant was pretty decent, with the restaurant staff being very proactive. (apart from what I would assume to be the restaurant manager, who just stands at the restaurant door). All-inclusive drinks are also offered on the pool bar from 11 am to 11 pm. However there were no "cocktails". Basically there was a soda machine and some alcohol and you could for example get a "rum cola". Also note that the soda provided was not the original ones, so that could be an issue for some people. The hotel has a lot of rooms spread out on different buildings. The hotel rooms are kinda old and they would need a refurbishment, but the comfort was ok. Next is the location of the hotel: it is located on top of a hill. The bus station (bus stop 25) is located 200m away and goes to many of the surrounding towns like Stalida, Hersonissos, Malia, etc. On google maps the nearest beach (Παραλία Δράπανον) is not accessible (as it's been blocked by the hotel near it) so the actual nearest beach on foot with sunbeds is the "Natural Pebble Beach" (~18 min by foot), however this is very small and you might want to continue even further to the likes of Star beach. To cross the highway some people just jumped the border, however there is a pedestrian tunnel about 100m on the right, which is a safer way to pass. Additionally, since you need to walk a lot to these beaches (on return it's a lot of uphill on the direct sunlight which can be tiring) you can also go to Stalida by bus. (2 euro each way) - Offbrand soda drinks. - No real cocktails included on all-inclusive. - The location isn't very good if you want to walk to the beach, or if you want to explore the nearby towns. - Some rooms are very high up and require a lot of stairs. (One of our double room was on the first floor, easily accessible with an elevator, whereas the other one was 5 floors up via stairs which could get tiring.) - No entertainment or anything during the day. (not even music by the pool). There was only one night a week of "Traditional greek dance", that we unfortunately missed. - Main restaurant was often busy and crowded, and I found the tables to be closer to each other than on most other hotels. Often there would be queues at the grill station or at the drinks machines. - Overall this hotel needs some renovation.
