The onsen was a lovely treat within the city. The room was as I expected. The location is extremely convenient and we were able to walk from the station despite having a lot of luggage. There are some nice izakaya nearby.

Room was fine, and the breakfast was good. The pillow was exceptionally hard and uncomfortable. I woke up in the morning with neck and back pains from the hard pillow.

Excellent location, very comfortable room, indoor and outdoor hot pools to enjoy including light refreshments next to them. Breakfast was a varied and high quality buffet. Definitely recommend for anyone coming to travel and see Himeji or just looking for a stop along the way.

Located very close to the train station. Really love the onsen on site with the sauna and variety of pools. We had easy access to all the sites we wanted to see. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Nice onsen with both indoor and outdoor as well as cold dip pool. Nice breakfast selection and evening noodles. Very close to train. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The Onsen was quite nice and very clean. We added the breakfast and were pleased that we did. It was quite good, mostly Japanese oriented, but some "English" items as well. The location is excellent, only two blocks from the train station. Bonus hint -- there is a great, very local Japanese restaurant just around the corner to the right of the hotel called Izakaya Gassai. We had a great dinner there.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind! The front desk staff worked as a team to help our whole group ship our luggage to our next destination. The ice cream and noodles made a wonderful bedtime snack! During the breakfast rush, it takes a little time for the elevator to arrive, so be patient or head to breakfast a little early

It was very nice with a great breakfast service and very nice onsen. It is close to the train station, but felt a little isolated for food choices. The staff and local restaurants clearly don’t see a lot of Westerners. You can decide if that is a plus (adventuresome!) or a minus (not an easy comfort zone).

Onsen and also the free ramen for supper. Location quite near to train station. This is the 2nd time i stayed here mainly because of the Onsen and also the Ramen. The bed a bit small for 2 persons.

Location is good as just next to the main shopping area n it’s close to the Himeji castle .. just walk along the road to the himeji castle Onsen is little bit small as only accommodate 3 people at outdoor onsen bath..
