The breakfast was really good.

This was a stop off on our way to Hiroshima. Was very conveniently located and allowed us to easily visit the Himeji Castle and the gardens. Perfect location, very comfortable room and would definitely stay there again.

The room was cozy and the breakfast had various dishes including Himeji local food.

The room was a little dirty, especially the bathroom. The bathroom door appeared to be smeared with blood, and the sheets on the bed had and an odor. Probably would not stay at this location again after seeing the bathroom door.

Excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful everywhere we went. That only stayed one night. It was a great location.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful interior, and good location. My room smelled a bit like cigarette which is entirely not okay for non-smokers.

As almost everywhere in Japan The staff are exceptional. Breakfast and restaurants very good quality. Location could not be better. The rooms are small with inadequate space to store belongings, but that is also standard for Japan. I prefer a warm cozy arty hotel with character and this one is a normal international hotel, nice, comfortable but without personality.

very good location, excuisite lobby/restaurant area. quiet room with black out curtains. Very helpful staff at the reception desk (good English), even get me a scale to weigh my suitcase. Luggage storage. the bar at the roof top is very nice. Good view of the Himeji castle no coffee or milk in the room, only tea. access to the bar only after 20.00

Check-in time is very late. I'm waiting for long time for them prepare my room (many other guest are waiting too) and staff tell me she'll call me when ready but she didn't. If I don't go to ask again (after 30-40 mins.), I think I've to sleep in the lobby.

Excellent location across from the train station. Lovely lobby and reception. We had a noon check out time, which allowed us to tour a bit more of the area. Even the room coffee maker was great. Nothing major.

The heater is making the room too hot, and I’m unable to sleep.

Just crossing the street from the station, Walking distance from the castle, shopping areas And restaurants. The restaurant is fantastic. Even a bakery in the first floor. I really enjoyed my stay
