They placed us in a smokers floor, with all rooms smokers friendly. Everything reeked of cigarettes and it left a smell on every single clothe I brought. When I asked to change rooms (because I never asked nor did it say anywhere that it was a smoker’s friendly room), they said it was the only one available, which was not true because I found availability in booking.com.

Comfortable and perfect place to rest after a long day of walking around the town, castle and garden. Ofuro right in the room.

The location close to Himeji Station, and the public bath on the top 14th floor. The bed was extremely small, as was the room - smaller than the smallest cruise ship cabins we’ve ever had/experienced. No breakfast nor even coffee available at the hotel - the cafe was completely closed. Filtered drinking water was available only at the Women’s public bath.

Affordable price, great location as well as great facilities. My room AC was dripping water throughout the night getting my bed sheets soaked.

Location was great and staff were friendly. Facility was clean and modern. We had a private onsen bathtub in our room and it was wonderful! Cafe was closed when we were staying there.

Location was great, near station, restaurants and shopping. Staff were all very friendly. Room size was too tight for two adults.(11heibei). Need at least 15. Also, no view of anything but buildings.

Large bath with natural hot springs. All rooms come with a microwave. Rather large room for a business hotel. Extremely close to JR station.
