The breakfast was not exactly cheap, but very tasty and a lot of varieties. The staff was nice. We booked three non-smoking rooms, but they all smelled as if someone smoked in them recently. The bath had a lot of black mold spots and the tapestries were damaged.

Onsen is great. Sauna, steam room, several pools. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free shuttle to and from train station. Spacious lobby with chairs and tables if you want to sit. Laundry and small kiosk on site. It’s in the wrong side of the train station for any restaurants or stores. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Price and location It was incredibly noisy! I got woken up at 5 AM and could not go back to sleep. So much noise!!!

We only stayed one night but it as very comfortable. The hotel had an onsen which my wife took full advantage of as it was free to use . The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. WiFi was good and the facilities were good too. On a personal note I was extremely grateful to the staff who kindly forwarded my glasses (I’d left them behind) to our next hotel and at no extra charge. Excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting Himeji.

Everyone should try the onsen and the shampoo station. They are the best. The location is very convenient. Very close to Himeji castle. And the staff, they are very helpful and friendly.

The onsen was really good. My family and I enjoyed the onsen very much. The onsen was clean. Other than that, the overall cleanliness is very good. The room is too small. For 2 people to stay there (my wife and I was in one room while my 2 daughters were in another room), it's very cramped and there's barely any space to put your luggage.

Shuttle bus service from the station was very convenient. Onsen bath was great. Amenities were great too. Coffee at breakfast was bad.

Pleasant staff, free parking, some amenities selection. Super small room, dirty lamp and when I raised my head to ventilation I got scared of amount of dust it has, blankets were strange, looked like not replaced only sheet ynder blanket, and quite a lot of noise from outside of ac's if you would like to sleep in fresh air. Not recommended.
